As you know, I reside in Salem, NH and we live on a lake. The lake’s dam, named Wheeler Dam, was voted on, and approved to be repaired and refaced by the town’s people. Millions of dollars were spent for this project. The project took over two years to complete, may delays, yada, excuse, excuse. The town manager almost canceled Aulson’s bid and proposal to the town, when the company would not return calls, or emails, and general lack of communication. Only when this happened and this news got some bad press, only did the company stand up and make right. Fast forward two years later, the project all completed, new cement, new dam, all looking nice and professional. THEDAMLEAKS. Yes. I walk my dog Jack down at the Dam daily and have been watching the slow progress. Now, I am no engineer, but I can get you that the face of the cement has many(20 +) cracks and fissures with WATER leaking out. The dam did not leak before the project. Just wait till cold weather comes and it freezes. Glad I live above the dam on high ground. What a waste of taxpayers $. I see from Aulson’s website that they worked on the big dig project. Now I understand!
