I worked directly with bill chase the owner who was great during the process. I needed three old single pane windows on a rental property replaced. He was right on time to take measurements and give a quote on the spot. No sales pressure or any attempts to upsell me on pricier windows, which was awesome! At the end of the day it was around 1500 to replace all three windows and fix some wood rot on one of the windows as well which I thought was a good price.
Bill was very flexible on working with my tenants to find a time to get the job done which was very appreciated. It’s been about 3 months since the windows were put in and the tenants are happy with the results.
I will be contacting them again when I need more replacements!
