Dined on a snowy Friday afternoon around 3 pm so it was VERY quite. My friend and I were greeted immediately by a few very friendly hosts. The restaurant was dead though we were led all the way to the back of the restaurant two booths from the bathrooms. Our very friendly waitress came over immediately to take our drink orders(water) and starter, which we weren’t quite ready. Their signature starter, a bucket of dry roasted peanuts, were already on the table. As we reviewed the menu, we munched on the peanuts. Our waitress returned with four warm rolls served with honey butter… yum! We decided to share: the Steakhouse Filet salad, the Ribeye and Ribs with two sides: chili and steak fries. The chili was served first with chopped red onions(we declined the cheddar cheese). It was thick, hot, the spice was just right and loaded with ground beef. A great start for a snowy afternoon. Meanwhile, a family of 5(3 kids between the ages of 5 — 10) were seated directly across from us. Mind you, the restaurant was completely dead. The kids were being kids, jumping in and out of their seats into the walkway and being a loud. You would think they’d seat them further away from adults without kids during these slow times??? Our entrees arrived about 10 – 15 minutes after our chili. The Steakhouse filet was cooked perfectly — medium rare and was very tender. The salad greens were very fresh. The ribs(4 of them) were melt-in-your-mouth and heated just right. We find that ribs are often cold and/or tough. These were perfect! The ribeye was cooked perfectly — medium rare — but it was very fatty. Steak fries good but would be better if they were more crisp. Our tab excluding tip was around $ 39. A 3.5 experience.

Pretty good food and decent selection. But the service was definitely below average. It took almost 15 minutes just to receive the drinks and then our waitress finally took our order 10 minutes after and we just ordered chicken Caesar salads. We waited almost an hour for two chicken Caesar salads.

I have dinner there regularly. The beef(adult meal) and vegetables are always excellent. The baked potato recipe needs work, they are regularly a bit shriveled. The beef served in the kids meal could be much better. The waitstaff is fantastic. The greeting staff consistently needs customer service training.

Terrible service and attitude. Simply avoid if you value a good dinner experience. Totally, childish, unprofessional and unacceptable. Here is the story. After waiting 30 minutes for a table we ordered the drinks. We are both well above 21(29 and 37 with a kid of 7). I didn’t have my ID on me, so we told the waitress the drink would be for him and then we would change. We were totally transparent and upfront and she brought the drink. When the drinks came she warned that if I drink it, she will take it away. The tone was worse than those warnings bad kids get when misbehaving at schools. Unnecessary bad attitude. So I went to the car and brought my phone where I had a picture of my passport. The waitress said the passport was not a valid ID and called the manager. The manager approached us with no manners and saying I am not a lawmaker and your passport is not a valid id because it is from another country. She insisted that a us ID was required. Then she went further and said if it was from Puerto Rico she would have accepted it because it belongs to the us. You don’t need to be a lawmaker, but it would help to know that passports should be accepted everywhere. Too bad that such behavior only impacts the customer and the owner. It’s sad when the lack of tact and managerial skills of managers prevents them from doing what is expected from them. Some people simply can’t resist and love to use their little power. Take this into account if you value a good dinner experience.

Normally this is one of favorite places. Disappointed today. They skimped on the cheese for the cheese fries; tips were a bit fatty and under cooked. Hoping it’s just because it’s a holiday weekend.

I ordered a group lunch at 11:30 on the dot and asked that it be ready for pick up at 12:30 so my associates would have their lunch at 1. After standing around for 32 minutes(along with the two hosts who refused to assist or do anything outside of the realm of looking for tables, I finally received my food at 1 on the dot. No wonder the parking lot is always full, it takes them 1.5 hours to cook 2 steaks 2 chicken fried chickens 2burgers and a kabob… extremely unhappy with my experience here.

I always go there and it’s usually for its warm bread and cinnamon butter… The place is so welcoming and there’s peanuts everywhere you go.

Fast seating for a single on a Monday evening. Service is very good with multiple staff bringing ordered food as it’s ready. Steaks are tasty, cooked to order, and fairly priced. Two sides come with each entrée — one can be more or less healthy with one’s choices! I’m on the slow carb diet so did a salad and mixed veggies. Only drawback — and it’s true of every one of these franchise’s restaurants — is they are very noisy. There’s an open bar, loud music, and loud conversation. It is what it is!

Wasn’t super amazing but good and reliable for a national chain. What we love is the military discount of 30%. We just roll that into a better tip for our waitress but it is a very nice discount when many places don’t have one or only do 10 percent. Friendly and personable staff. Does get pretty loud there and the parking lot is pretty crappy but I’d go back, and often.

My first visit. Explained how it worked, relaxed atmosphere, appetizer(shrimps) were excellent. Main course we choose a steak from the window with two side dishes. Well cooked. Overall: Excellent place: good steak, side dishes, and service.

Well, my girlfriend recommended this place for her Birthday. She said they have good steak. When we walked in and was ready to get seated by a hostess I saw on the back of her shirt and it says«I Love My Job», so I asked her if she really loves her job. She stated, no it’s all a lie. This makes me question as to why you would make your employees where these shirts, and pretty much forcing them to love there job. And say it. Ok, let’s continue. First of all I have to say our waitress«named Allie» is amazing. She is the most caring and funny waitress I have been around. I ordered the 20 oz sirloin with sautéed mushrooms and French fries. My girlfriend ordered the 6 oz sirloin and shrimp combo, with veggies and smashed potatoes. Now time to try the food. I always like my steak cooked«medium well». Oh my god, it was cooked just the way I like it. And my girlfriends was cooked the same as well. Well done to the cooks in the kitchen. At this point, one of the shift managers came over«named Steph» she was sweet as pie and so kind to all her guests. Here are my bullet points for Texas Roadhouse #119 : don’t have shirts that say«We love our job» on the back, cause I asked and they said it’s a lie. We are forced to wear it. : if you want to have great steak, I do recommend Texas Roadhouse store #119. : For great service, Allie was hands the best waitress I have ever had. : Any questions please call me at 978−609−2807 or email me at

I’ve refrained from sharing MANY times in the past because my daughters really enjoy eating here. Unfortunately today’s lunch was the deal breaker. The service is frequently terrible but they usually put out a decent plate. The 19 year old server calling us «honey» the entire time was annoying enough but her failure to get any of our orders correct was nonsense. The female supervisor, who came to our table when I received my bacon cheeseburger without bacon has made this trip many times before. She interacts with the customers as a chore not because she cares. Thanks for still charging me for the bacon I never received, by the way.

Food is always good everytime but the service is what is giving this review 3 stars. I have been here several times and the wait staff seems to be a majority of younger kids who are not very experienced. Good drinks and the food is typical for a restaurant chain.

Pretty good when you want a steak o some steak tips. There bread with cinnamon butter is AMAZING!!! The reason we frequent this place is because our 9 yr old son loves and 4 yr old daughter loves to go because she gets to crack open peanuts. We do love this place though!!!

Knowing the Texas Roadhouse is so packed every time we drive by, we thought we’d give it a try. First of all, let me say, if you’re looking for a quiet dinner, this is not the place for you. Even if you don’t mind a little noise, this is not the place for you. There’s a lot of hootin’ and hollerin’ and its quite a loud place. As you walk in, you see a huge case full of hand cut meats. I’m thinking, Wow this is really going to be good! We sat down, ordered drinks, and decided what we would get for dinner. I chose the 6 oz Sirloin and the hubby the 16 oz Ribeye. I gathered the concept was similar to Outback’s, and I love the Outback’s Sirloin, so this would be OK to order. Our meals finally came. My sirloin was very tender… like mushy tender. Then I figured it out real quick. It was marinated. Overly marinated. The hubby said his was very tender too. After he ate a few more bites, he said I think you’re right this is marinated, because mine is mushy too. Don’t get me wrong, I like tender steak. But I don’t want mushy steak. Then I started looking on the internet for the marinade Texas Roadhouse uses on their steaks and it’s all over the internet. Question answered… I guess if you don’t mind someone telling you they sell top cuts of meat, and then have to marinate them to be edible, than this place is great. If you want a decent cut of meat, with a decent flavored meat, you won’t be getting it in the cuts we ordered anyway. Any restaurant that marinates meat is selling low grade meat. Period. Anyone who knows anything about meat will tell you a Ribeye steak doesn’t need marinating. The funny thing is that price wise Outback Steakhouse is comparable. Quality wise they are not. Outback has it over this place hands down when you’re talking quality of the steaks. I believe Texas Road House calls it Legendary Food… I call it Mediocre food.

This place always seems to draw a crowd. Be sure to use their Call Ahead option to try to get a table a bit quicker. Food is about what you expect. Steaks are decent and a fair cut of Sirloin for the price. Enough sides to please just about anyone. Service has always been great. Energetic servers and of course some line dancing! Biggest complaint… Cleanliness. Of course there are peanut shells. That’s not the problem. Their bathrooms are atrocious. My last visit was 2 hours after they opened for the day and the bathroom was obviously not cleaned. Yuck!

Wow, how do they make such delicious food and sell it at actually reasonable prices? I couldn’t believe it! Two entrees(country fried sirloin, «road kill» 10oz sirloin), an appetizer(the cactus onion), and a sweet iced tea for $ 30. Fiancé loved the horseradish mayo dip that came with the onion and I loved their steak sauce. So much better than A1(but our server asked if I wanted A1 instead, very polite). Service was great too, our server was friendly and asked all the right questions to make sure we had everything we wanted. If you wanted to, you could go up to the counter and choose which steak you wanted from the ones on display. If we are in town again we are definitely stopping by.
