Today it’s 9 degrees outside and of course I needed to get gas. The man on duty this morning greeted me and offered to fill my tank. Even though I said no he wanted me to stay warm and I went inside my car. This truly made my morning and I wished I had cash to tip him. He thanked me for my business very pleasant.

Can’t help but to love the prices.(And I do!) Just a couple of items keep them from being the full five stars. 1. No mid-grade. 2. Bought gas two days ago and looked at my credit card today and even though I only bought $ 40 worth of gas they still have a $ 150 hold on my card. Seems like a very large amount for too long a period of time. 3. Because the prices are so great there is usually a line. Reasons Costco gas is great: 1. PRICE 2. The pumps pump quickly 3. Even though there is usually a line the attendant manages it quite well, is always friendly and remarkably the customers are respectful of others and courteous about waiting. 4. PRICE

The gas prices are amazing. It’s a shame it isn’t easier to get to. Off of 294 you need to take the Route 60 exit, turn on Riverwood Rd and go down about a mile. It is hidden behind some trees…

Usually 20 cents less then other places. Long lines but they do move fast. Currently only cash or costco American Express.

WOW, Who Knew Who knew that Costco Gas is the number 1 brand gas? Not me, but according to the Harris Poll EquiTrend Rankings, Costco Gas is the number 1 brand gas. I finally stopped in at this Costco Gas station to fill up the tank on a loaner car before I returned it to the rental place. Of course Costco Gas is the cheapest gas in the area but there’s more. While I was filling up my vehicle I read some of the signs on and around the pumps and they state that their gas contains 5 times the required EPA detergent required. So now I feel even better knowing that I am getting gas for less and that it’s good quality stuff that won’t hurt my engine. Some Tips: 1 — You need a Costco membership and a debit card to make a purchase. 2 — You can fill up from either side of the pumps because the pumps have extra long hoses. 3 — Have both of your cards ready so when you pull up to the pump you aren’t wasting time looking around for your cards and holding everyone up. 4 — Enjoy the extra money in your wallet. The bottom line: I like this location because it is slightly out of the way and doesn’t appear to be too busy. The gas is mostly the least expensive in the area and it’s on my way home from work so it is an easy stop. Oh ya: I attempted to check in on Unilocal and the location was off by 10 miles or so. I notified Unilocal and they made the change and it’s all good now. You’re welcome.
