I just started Yoga after studying Tai Chi for 8 years. The Sakula yoga center is a completely professional environment and a beautiful new facility, completely renovated, mellow and relaxed, making everyone feel welcome and loved. The teachers have over 100 years experience between them, and the school offers classes for many different levels, experience and ages. They truly tailor their classes to their students, which helps to make you feel good about yourself and your practice. Most of the teachers represent the spirituality and wholeness that you would expect from a yoga guru. This is a place where you can find solace and respite from the crazed world outside the walls. The owners are attentive to their students and responsive to the interests of their clientele. I give this place the highest recommendation. lots of great stuff here for everyone who is looking for wellness and peace through the mind body connection.

I’m new to yoga and haven’t been able to touch my toes in years, so I didn’t know what to expect. I have been coming to Sakula a few times a week and am really happy that I started! It’s a warm, friendly environment. There are plenty of classes everyday and a large team of instructors, great for every level of practice. Classes are affordable(75 $ first month unlimited, 120 $/month thereafter or 15 $ per class). Check out their website, it’s pretty well organized.

Nice little studio that I stopped in at on a business trip. The practice was a nice vigorous practice after which I felt strong and relaxed. Amazingly there were two deaf women in the class and the instruction was both spoken and in sign language. Learned some new poses which is always good. There is parking in the back.
