I love Zara it’s a different thing that nothing fits me from here because you know I am fluffy(if you know what I mean take a good laugh at me). My friend told me that they have sale going on so I went and found good deal on fragrances for my son 9.90 for a 30 ml or 1.01 fl. Oz plus tax so came to 10.59, Barbara helped me to find what I was looking for which is not to strong not to mild and good for kids, I have to say people working here are super nice and friendly I will keep shopping here.

I made a Unilocal account just to write this review. Management needs to do a better job of training their employees in customer service. Had to deal with an extremely rude employee today who made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking for help and gave me attitude from the outset. I understand it’s the holidays, but there is no excuse for lacking basic decency. I love the clothes here; don’t get me wrong. But don’t expect the the store associates to even try to be helpful.

I visited a few days after Christmas on a weekend so the merchandise was not as organized as it could have been, the store was crowded, and the wait in line felt like purgatory. I would like to point out how the employees were actively working as best as they could, given the situation. The cash registers were fully manned, there were sales associates on the floor greeting customers and putting clothes back. There were what seemed like endless racks of clothes to put back on display. There was no wait in the fitting rooms and the staff greeted and took back unwanted items with a smile. I was able to find a few tops that I loved and were on sale! Almost, everything seemed to be on sale. They also have expanded and added a mens and kids section. Overall, great store I always stop in when I make to Menlo Park.

My favorite Zara’s! Plus they recently renovated and made it a lot bigger, huge children’s department now, and they made the men’s & woman section bigger also. It’s always organized, well stocked, someone always asks if you need help. I absolutely love Zara, affordable clothes that are extremely stylish, you San find everything from casual wear, to dressy, also great quality, unlike forever 21 and H&M. There shoes are also super trendy without having to break the bank! Also very comfortable… can’t wait to go back and start shopping for Spring/Summer. Also fast free shipping on there site!

This Zara has a good selection of Women’s and Men’s clothing and accessories. Their clothes tend to have an edgy European feel with a twist. I assume the twist comes from their Turkish roots. The clerks are always polite. I just wish the prices were a little lower.

I really like this location. I always find good items and the store is kept in neat order. I also feel like there is more inventory in this location. Prices are affordable and their sale items aren’t so bad.

A higher quality H&M but still affordable. What I enjoy most about this store is the types of coats and jackets that are available. Naturally, their Broadway location boasts items that you won’t find in Menlo Park, but for Menlo Park the selection is above average. I tried on several coats that were priced at $ 159 or less, and each coat looked good. Unfortunately, the cuts aren’t meant for athletic builds. So if you’re a 46R/34W like me, you’ll have to try on every coat to find one that fits. Hopefully you won’t mind walking towards the mirror next to the cash wrap because that’s the only mirror on the sales floor. For the quality of clothing, I think the pricing is generally on point. You will come across jeans that have no business being sold at $ 90. Do yourself a favor and head down to Macy’s to pick up a pair of Levi’s. The quality is actually a lot better and the prices are about 2⁄3 less. Think it through…
