clothes are always on time, whether it be alterations or dry cleaning and they have never lost any of my items which is a lot more than I can say for many of the other places I have been… prices are also reasonable.

I’ve done my alterations at the Brickell location previously. To my surprise they are the same ladies at the West Ave location. Brought them a bunch of clothe and was ready in just a couple of days. They are good and can’t complain.

Was so happy a new cleaning option opened since Amato has taken a dive but this place isn’t a ton better. First of all — I get we’re in Miami… NO problem with Spanish… but please at least hire people who also speak English.
Secondly, On a recent pick up… the woman who was working was sitting behind the counter on her phone when I entered. Upon looking at the tickets I handed her she got really pissy and proceeded to spend upwards of 10 minutes searching everywhere. A few other customers were now also waiting. Ultimately she only gave me like half of my things and explained the rest of the clean clothing hadn’t been sorted or something like that. This was 2 days after my scheduled pickup and left me wondering why she was just casually sitting there to begin with when clothes are out of order.
Not saying I won’t go back since everything has been cleaned and hung nicely… just saying I question it’s reliability.
