BURGERFI

Second time to BurgerFi, both at this location. I’ve had great customer service both time very friendly staff :) the computer was frozen when I tried to order but instead of making me wait the friendly woman at the counter, I believe her name is Sean, wrote down my order and gave it to the cooks so I wouldn’t have to wait. Excellent customer skills with her quick on her feet problem solving. But enough about the service the burgers are amazing !! Definitely going to have to try the one by my house now !

I got the regular burger with fries. It’s a pretty decent burger, nothing to really brag about though. I will say the meat was fresh without a doubt. The buns were soft and did well to enhance the quality of the burger. The fries were good as well, but pretty standard for a burger joint. Everything was freshly prepared. They also brand the outside of the buns with their logo for a nice presentation. Also the place is kept pretty clean so you can relax and enjoy those burgers. Eat on!

The chili cheese fries were so good! I will definitely be returning before my vacation ends.

Pretty tasty burger. Reminds me of Shake Shack because beef is grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free, also burgers are served on potato rolls. I ordered the Burgerfi Cheeseburger — double Angus, american cheese, lettuce tomato, Burgerfi sauce. I also ordered a fry with a side of cheese sauce and a Sunshine State Pilsner.
One way Burgerfi outshines Shake Shack is that you can add extra toppings to the burger for free (i.e., pickles, grilled onions, mushrooms, etc) — bacon of course is an additional charge. I added pickles and grilled onions. I enjoyed the fries because they are cooked with the skins on similar to 5 guys burgers. The cheese sauce was ok, still prefer Shake Shack cheese sauce for dipping fries. The Pilsner was nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach.
Service was quick and friendly! This location is fairly large with plenty of seating options. The menu is quirky which I like, for instance they have the Conflicted burger which is a double burger (one beef and one veggie patty).

No suelo hacer reseñas en «caliente», porque pueden perder objetividad, pero este lugar me encantó. Será por su parecido con ShakeShack o por las papas hechas en aceite de maní. No lo sé.
Lugar amplio, lindo y cómodo. Menú en español y en inglés. Hamburguesas de carne y vegetarianas. Posibilidad de armar tu hamburguesa de cero, incluso hasta cambiando el pan por «lechuga crujiente» y agregándole lo que quieras.
Consejo: NO cambien el pan! Es estilo brioche, un toque dulzón. Perfecto.
La carne en sí no es abundante, si vienen con hambre pidan doble (o triple si son valientes).
Nosotros pedimos una con queso americano y bacon y otra con queso suizo y cebollas asadas. Ambas riquísimas. Punto justo de cocción.
Párrafo aparte para las «Cry-​Fi» acompañamiento de papas fritas y aros de cebollas. Las papas crocantes y suaves. Senti que tenían un gusto distinto, por lo que fui a preguntar que tenían y me dijeron que es el aceite de maní con el que las preparan. Y los aros de cebolla como verán en la foto son enormes y también muy muy ricos.
Para tomar tiene Coke-​freestyle, limonada de frutilla (recomiendo), unas birras tiradas e incluso vino.
Si estan cerca de Española Way no duden de pasar por acá.

One of the best burger I have ever eaten in Miami beach. We ordered on our room and they delivered within 30min. Nice and smooth. We like the fries as well which was very crunchy.

I’m not an avid poster but when something shocks me; I’m compelled to say something. I’ve NEVER received service like I did at this place the past 2 time I’ve been in here since finding it.
Last time I was greeted by the manager or owner: a very friendly white guy who went abit more over the top than usual in making me feel welcome: but since he’s incharge and it was a slow night I figured it was normal. But tonight it’s the employees (with the manager in the back somewhere) the ticket says Lewis G. and a tall black male cook with a ponytail went overboard in helping me out and on a busy night. Way better than expected and I noticed they treated everyone the same way.
Great place: food is awesome, service is beyond awesome. I’ll be back a ton!

Food — When this place opened the burgers were so good. Now dry just like their competitors. The condiments taste like they were reused several times.
Staff — the night manager is rude and pompous.
Environment — its not uncommon to dirty trays on tables or trash on the floor.

Can I say holy moses! What a delicious burger I had here. It was big and juicy and perfect for sharing after a night of drinking and dancing. This place is nice and cool, lively atmosphere, and delicious burgers, fries, and onion rings. Check out my pics

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have higher ratings. Five guys is definitely of lower quality.
The burgers are great. The taste is great.
Now about their onion rings. Wow. Those were awesome. Some of the best I’ve had.
We also had the chili cheese fries and that was also amazing.
About the service. One person for the cashier, one in the kitchen and one at the door, with a line up. Really? There was, I want to say, manager that was walking around and didn’t bother helping the cashier who was taking orders on the phone and from people in store.
We had to wait for at least 10 min because the cashier was on the phone taking an order.
Either way, when craving burgers this is def on top of the list.

Post workout burger got me on cloud 9! Fresh meat and lettuce bun!!! This is now my favorite place in the world!

Best burgers on the strip! Came here after leaving the Mansion nightclub. This place hit the spot, burger very flavorful.

I’m not a very big fan of eating burgers out in a restaurant, specially since everyone is trying to do something different, ending up doing the same as the rest. Enough of the «Shake Shack special sauce» idea… And stick to make a good, decent burger, flavorfull and juicy burger, the rest will come by itself.
But, this place in the beach offers all of the mentioned above along with some interesting ideas that you might want to give it a try, like a fried egg over your burger p.e.
The place is clean, young, fast and good enough for a quick, good burger.

5 Star! This place is amazing.
Came in after leaving Mansion for some food and drinks.
My gf got the plain burger with the garlic aioli and I got the breakfast style burger fries, and a couple beers. Angel helped us out and was amazing Me and my gf both appreciated him and his awesome service.
The food. I don’t know where to begin. It was one of these I want to keep chewing and not swallow type of meals, the kind were you wish it never ended. I could eat here every day.
The establishment was clean considering it was around 3am. Great décor and good vibe.
I would highly recommend! Make sure to see Angel.

BEST QUINOA BURGER EVER!!!
If you know of another place that has badass quinoa burgers please let me know otherwise this is my go-​to spot!
I don’t eat meat, except fish, so when a friend of mine suggested we go here I thought «I’m not going to be able to eat anything except for fries» but BUT BUT they actually have veggie burgers and THEY DON’T TASTE LIKE SHIT! They actually taste like burgers :-)
You can add whatever topics you like, they have a long list to choose from, and they also have the option of choosing fries or onion rings with your order and again you can choose if you want add ons to that too (i.e loaded fries, cheese fries, etc).

This is a late night review. I stopped by BURGERFI after a couple nights in a row of going to Peppers. This was exactly what the doctor ordered. The place was empty which meant no line in between myself and a tasty burger. The customer service was good and I got a free soda on account of it being my birthday (+1). They have a variety of options as well as a custom build your own burger menu. I went with the custom and got a double burger with all my favorite toppings, pickles, fried egg, jalapenos, lettuce, cheddar cheese etc.
So here’s the burger critique. The bun was good, it had a nice texture and was not soggy. They also give your burger a brand that says BURGERFI. The actual burger were pretty tasty, not quite the enjoyable drip-​fest that you get from ⁸⁰⁄₂₀ beef, but still solid. The toppings all seemed fresh and had either the crunch or spicy that I like from my burgers. I would give the burger an overall rating of about 3.5÷5. It didn’t disappoint but it didn’t wow me either. I’d say it was a good change of pace from the late night tacos our group always seemed to end up eating. Worth a stop if your just looking for a solid burger.

Don’t be deterred by the 3 stars, this place really was A-​OK.
I got the Supreme Burger from the «Secret Menu», which was pretty good. I really liked that the burger came with a potato bun, which I haven’t seen at a burger joint yet. For my fries, I got Cajun. These were really good, and you are given lots. My main issue was that the soda machine ran out of Diet Coke as I was trying to get some, and when my friend told the employees about this they said they’d replace it, but never did. We waited about 30 minutes and nothing was done.
The food was good, but I don’t think this location offers the best service.

I came here for dinner right after the Artcade Elite event this past Wednesday. i have never had a bad experience at other BurgerFi locations, and this one was not an exception. I had their VegiFi burger, which consists of a veggie burger with a crispy quinoa crust on it, as I’ve recently started to acquire a liking for veggie burgers, with fries and a coke. As I crunched down on the burger, I could feel the crunchiness of the quinoa mixed with the veggie inside the burgers plus the topping of lettuce, tomato, and their BurgerFi sauce, which I always find intoxicating. I also like that BurgerFi has the freestyle Coke machine. Nothing like an orange flavored Sprite to wash it all down with.
Highly recommended.

So as I continue on my quest for the best veggie burger, I stumbled upon Burger Fi on SoBe. We decided to stroll in here after Unilocal a Cabaret, we needed some heavy, greasy food after all those free drinks lol
This place was actually recommended by the employees in the near by Soles shoe store. They were so enthusiastic about us trying this place so I said, «alright, why not try something new, I mean I’ve been to cheeseburger baby a few times already»
The 1 star is for my veggie burger, and my onion rings. And honestly, my dates burger just wasn’t good enough to bump them to 2 stars.
Double cheeseburger, bacon and cheese– My wonderful plus one does not eat veggies, has to eat them, but does not most of the time lol. He’s your typical «real men don’t eat lettuce» type of dude lol. The patty was small, they both were. And I don’t mean, Shake Shack small, where they are small but dense. This was a little disappointing for him, but he said the flavor was good. Definitely not a 5 Guys burger, but he put texture and taste somewhat in that category.
Veggie Burger– Unfortunately, I have the same thing to say about this one than the others I’ve had. Grain and no veggies. This patty was mostly quinoa, so I ordered it open face. Same thing for me, a small patty and for some reason was crunchy lol I though I was having a croqueta in between two slices of lettuce and tomato. It wasn’t bad… but wasn’t what I wanted.
Fries– Pretty good. Hand cut fries with skin and all, just how I like it.
Onion rings– Huge, for nothing. They were really big and texture wise, made perfectly but no flavor at all. Just the sweet onion and bland batter. Disappointing.
Would I return, nope! By the way everything came out to $ 30! With a Cheeseburger Baby, 5 Guys, and Shake Shack around the corner, why would I come back here!

Today me and my daughter decided to hunt for an amazing Burger… we had recommendations from friends, but BurgerFi sounded tempting… so off we go.
What a pleasant surprise! The place (on Washington) is large, nice Deco, very friendly attendants (they gave us a quick summary of the options when we told her that it was our first time there).
We went full Monty: large onion rings (awesome), Red Velvet Shake (delicious), BAD burger (BAD= Breakfast All Day Burger. Natural Angus burger, American cheese, hickory bacon drizzled with maple syrup, fried egg, hash browns, grilled diced onions, and ketchup)… about a million calories, and very worth it. To top it off: a Corona Bottle, ice cold (after all this is Miami Beach, hot hot hot).
Burger was tasty and juicy, great combination of ingredients. My only gripe: it is so large that it falls apart, specially because the bun is not very consistent. This cost 1 star of my rating.
Onion rings were truly excellent.
Note: price is on the high side for a casual restaurant.
