–Convenient location
–Good selection up to about a week before Halloween
–Manager offered to ship items from other stores to this location
Minuses:
–Stickers on the packages say «please do not open without assistance,» yet when you request assistance, staff says no. Huh? Why put that sticker if you can’t open the packages at all?
–Selection has dwindled significantly by a week before Halloween
–Zero returns. This is really not cool. I spent $ 120 on accessories for a group, which we later decided not to use. They were all unopened and completely undamaged. I attempted to return them a week before Halloween (by this time, they had sold out of these items, so I’m certain they would have sold) and was told absolutely NO returns, refunds or store credit.
next year I’ll go to Party City or Ricky’s.
Bottom Line: Useful for sobe locals who don’t have a car. Otherwise, drive somewhere cheaper and friendlier.

There a thing called customer service and this place has less than zero!!! The manager Vinnie is the most condescending person alive! If you buy the wrong size, well tough luck, you’re not getting anything from this place! Save your money and go to party city where customer service is still a priority!
