Very helpful. The ladies who worked at the end of the shift on Saturday night were extremely helpful to my fiancée even though we arrived 10 minutes before close. They even gave us some tips on the local club scene. Great staff.

No one greeted us upon entering the EMPTY store. After 5 minutes of looking around, we had to search them down and ask them for help. Extremely rude and poor customer service. I would rate no stars however, that is not an option.

walked into this store and it took approximately two minutes before someone even noticed me. staff was completely unwelcoming, unfriendly and inattentive to customers and client. they preferred to converse and laugh amongst themselves than actually greet customers as they were walking in. I asked a lady for help to find something in the system for me and she failed to thoroughly look for what I had asked for. I called the location after I left for more assistance and a gentlemen answered the phone who was just as oblivious as the rest of the staff in this location.

No one spoke upon entering the store. Business was extremely slow. After 5 minutes we asked for help. To make a long story short, due to service, we left and went to Sophora which is less than 1 block away. I purchased lip gloss, eye lliner, brow liner, and mascara. Mac lost my money today: never judge a book by its cover.

This MAC store is the best!!! The store is always clean, I always get the best service!!! Thr staff is peronable, friendly, and make you feel at home. They are also very knowledgeable about the products and 9 out of 10 times they willl have everything in stock. Ive like that they dont attck you as soon as you walk in the door. I guess its a beach thing… Im always happy to go to this location.

This is my favorite MAC store in all of South Florida. They have a huge inventory. It’s rare that they don’t have something you are looking for. And the staff is not intrusive. They let you play with the products and casually ask you if you need assistance without being annoying. I really appreciate that. It doesn’t hurt it in a great location. I could literally spend hours here.

This Mac moved from the left side location (next to true religion) to the right side (next to Steve Madden.) A bit smaller location but they have the essentials. I prefer the pro store a few blocks North on Lincoln rd but hey depending on what you need and the availability of parking this one will do.

M.A.C you know your getting good products here… i was looking for a neutral lipstick… had a few names in mind when i went in to try them on they were not flattering at all. Thankfully the Mac Girl was there to help she suggested a few that would look good on me, and i picked up two. and i am very happy with my products.

Standard at best. The service here is ridiculous. Not as in «wow, spectacular’ but as in, «really? go find another job if you don’t want to work while you’re at work».
I walked in to get some shadows and exchange some stuff. The Beauty Advisors were talking, with each other. I went up, excused myself for interrupting their one-on-one session and asked for help. She begrudgingly helped me select two shadows. Someone else came in and she interrupted my session to get this other person a lipstick.
The whole time she was acting like I was totally putting her out. I know they are paid pretty well to just stand around. Please consider the fact that you’re at work.
I’ll be going to the Lincoln Road location as my norm from now on.

I love carefully laid out MAC stores. This one has each makeup section along the walls, with stools at each one to really get in-depth help at finding that perfect shade. There’s also a couch seating area which for some reason always makes me feel richer than I am.
I also love MAC reps who KNOW what they’re talking about when it comes to their makeup. I went in here to purchase some replacement eyeshadows and love that the rep helping me knew them all by name (NOT a lot of them do). I found myself looking at Cyndi Lauper’s VIVA glam lipstick. I usually shy away from lippies because they don’t always go with my skintone. But she pointed out that it can be applied sheer or full coverage and that Cyndi’s colour would look great on me. I bought it and boy, was she right. I’m in love with the colour now.
There weren’t a lot of people in here but I liked that; the reps spend more time one on one.
