I have used Marks for many many years and have had excellent service and results with my dry cleaning. Their employes are efficient and honest as I have left valuable items on occasion in pockets, including cash. Everything has always been returned with a phone call to tell me it was found. Marks is the BEST

I’ve bumped up my new review by one start because of an incredible woman by the name of Amy. I had sworn of this horrendous negative, entitled and greedy place, however, my husband did not get the memo. As a result I had to go in to pick up a pair of jeans he had hemmed. THANK GD the owner’s wife (who doesn’t even know how to use the computer system, and makes people cry) wasn’t there! So refreshing to have Amy, a kind knowledgeable person, working there. I’m really surprised how aloof and clueless the owners are. I guess the reality is that the already made their money from this business over the years and now no longer care about us in the community. I, like most of my friends in the neighborhood, only use this dry cleaner for emergencies. I’d much rather give business to any one of the mobile or other dry cleaners that are more ‘green’ anyhow! If you have a choice, DO NOT choose Marks!

Great service at this location. The employees are friendly, honest, and professional.
For the quality of the cleaning, I would give 5 stars. My items came back perfectly clean (even the stained cream colored shirt).
I brought my wedding dress in for a price quote, and was given the price of $ 120. My simple, sheath dress is chiffon and has no structured or textured tulle, so I was surprised at the high price. Unfortunately, it seems when people hear the word «wedding,» things are automatically more expensive. Even for my regular items, the prices were higher than I expected. Nonetheless, they did a great job, so I will happily bring my more expensive or challenging items here.
