McDonald’s

Pretty much the worst McDonald’s ever. In history. There’s so much trash and garbage and food all over the floor. The fries taste like they’ve been under a heat lamp for 12 hours. AND there’s only extra value meals after 12 midnight. But you still can’t get the double cheeseburger value meal. WTF IS THAT? Seriously, McDonald’s doesn’t deserve a review but this one is that bad that somebody needs to know about it. There is ZERO interest in customer service at this shi*hole. Stepping on fries and wiping trash off the seats to sit down? I know it’s McDonald’s but there’s gotta be some standards. Here there are absolutely none. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!
AND THE COKE WAS TERRIBLE!!! How does that happen???

This place was gross. Dirty tables everywhere, no toilet paper in the women’s restroom, two cups filled with urine in the men’s restroom. Needless to say, the restrooms smelled horrible.
As for the food, it was pretty disgusting too. It took forever for them to get the food out of the window. The burgers were cold, as were the fries, but the yogurts were warm.. They had no Sprite, so we ordered cokes and they tasted terrible.

I’ve never seen a dirtier McDonald’s in my life. ever. cashier could not speak English and couldn’t take my order. hash browns were mushy and soft. but serves me right for ordering hash browns.

Terrible place without any service there.
I come here to drink latte and eat small burger, as result: I am drinking now huge glass of coca-​cola and eating french fries. The main reason why — they have not any kind of coffee! Long line makes my quick bite too long. Employees spends much time for jokes and talks.

It is McDonald’s — the food is what it is. With that said, this location is an incredible place to people watch. The very rich, locals, and tourist stumble in drunk after partying on South Beach. The homeless dominate the bathroom as it is one of the few that they have access too on South Beach — they bathe in the sink after waiting in a long line to do so. Often people can be seen sleeping setting straight up straight or curled up on the floor. Sometimes most of the seating is taken and the random stranger will ask to sit with you. I have shared a table with gang bangers, tourists, homeless, drug addicts, mentally ill, and old men in skimpy dresses that were meant for much younger men. Some of these folks made me uncomfortable, but I understand that not all tourists are going to be the best company. Perhaps it is needless to say that I ultimately would recommend this place. I would give it more stars if the food match the level of entertainment.

Stingy on the condiments and napkins.

Fast service but they messed up my order, which seems to be a reoccurring problem as two customers before me had the same issue.

I decided to get a quick lunch today and opted for McDonald’s. They were very busy when I walked in, but at least the lines were moving quickly and I got my order fast. After walking back to work and opening up the box of food (I got a happy meal so I got a box), I realized they didn’t include the sauces for my chicken nuggets! The sauces are what make these nuggets enjoyable for me. Yes, I should’ve checked my order before leaving the restaurant, but considering both sauces I requested were line items on my actual receipt, I assumed they would have put them in the box!
This was my first lunch experience at this location, as I typically visit to get some iced coffee in the morning. Although I thoroughly enjoy McDonald’s iced coffee, this location gets my coffee wrong 70% of the time! The iced coffee comes in either vanilla or caramel flavors. I find the flavors too sweet and usually ask them to not add a flavor and only put regular cream and sugar. I’ve asked for this exact combination at various other stores, and they always get it right with the exception of maybe one time. This location will either put a flavor, or just fail to add the plain sweetener altogether. The cashier will often put «Ask Me» on the receipt, but is either never asked, or never understood properly when he explains what the order should be.
Other than this, I have no real complaints about the actual food, which is in line with all other locations. The restaurant is modern and usually always clean, but the customer service is just not up to par.

Nice interior decoration and design but the service isn’t on par. This place was always jam packed with tourists and people during the week we stayed here. Long lines couldn’t be avoided. Service is rapid given the chaos of the place.

This McDonald’s is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. If I could’ve posted this without any stars, I would’ve. Everyone who works here are the stupidest people I have ever encountered. I told them that the girls restroom had no soap and when I told the worker, she responded «no soap. No soap.» So I asked how the female workers washed their hands, she said «no soap.» I told the workers the men’s restroom was locked and they didn’t do anything about it. They kept fucking up our order. This is the place who hires workers who can’t do anything else with their lives.

Night staff horrible manager Claudia can deal with the customers at all !!

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my life. Last night (20jun2015) we went to grab a Big-​Mac meal for my 12-​year old nephew and while at the register the cashier says «ma’am I don’t have any change to give you back can I just give you the dollars and we call it even?» I look down at her register and can see a bunch of quarters, dimes, and nickels. So I say, «I thought you said you didn’t have any change?, what’s all that? She replies with, «I meant I didn’t have any pennies». Can you believe the nerve! I asked for the manager, but of course conveniently he/​she was on their break! Watch out for the cashiers at this place it seems they steal from unsuspecting customers. You have been warned!

The staff looks miserable working here. Their rude, and if you ask for ketchup, or any sauce you get a stank look.

It seems that these employees are trained to give bad service. They are clearly irritated and inconvenienced by the customers! Also, no refills on drinks and I dare you to get enough ketchup the first time around. DO NOT FREQUENT THIS PLACE.

Just had breakfast here. I love McDonald’s breakfast. They were very fast and my breakfast was good. Plus this place looks like it should. A south beach mcds! It looks like a nice restaurant.

Is it really that strenuous and difficult to be a McDonalds? Although I normally try to avoid them, I thought they were all pretty standard, but WOW! Customer service nightmare at its finest. The girl taking my order literally yawned and acted as though she could barely stand up because taking people’s orders AT MCDONALDS is such a chore!

Do not effing go here. This place is a joke. A pure FOOD FACTORY– that actually does a hell of a bad job and does not attend customers in need. I ordered my food and got in the waiting line. First, all their order numbers are mixed up. They call customer number 311, then 213, 117, 228 so on. ALL i order was 2 chicken selects tenders, and fries and a coke. My order was not 5 minutes late, or 10 minutes late. It was 15 minutes late. People that were BEHIND ME got their orders first. And i was still there. I asked for «a manager please» and a skinny cuban white girl with a long face stared at me like «what the hell is the problem we don have time for your complaint.» I said i have been waiting here where is my order. She took my reciept and told me to wait. And gave it back. STILL? I wanted the manager. Needless to say she DIDNT call her, but did b**** me out to her saying that i was being rude and impatient right infront of me. The manager kept serving people and did not walk 5 steps and 20 seconds of her time give me an apology or a confirmation of my order to come out soon. NOTHING. so i said can i have some ketchup and mayo (as am still waiting) the lady gives me ONE ketchup and ONE mayo. Are you kidding me. I ask for «more please» she rudely spits out HOW MANY ORDERS DO YOU HAVE MAAM. and i said 2 orders and she said «we only give out sauces and napkins based on orders and how many people» ARE YOU KIDDING ME I AM GIVING YOU MY MONEY. They ended up giving me my food as i will never come back here again. I stormed out. This place is a joke and disgusting
Like really. I understand this place is packed but people are paying money for food and service and this place is so cheap and their staff is mediocre. Disgusting.

Okay so I’m at this McDonald’s right completely forever so if ur hungry go grab some food at bailans where u actually get real food to eat that taste good horrible Service and rude ass management

A true rip off! They automatically upgrade you for a large meal without asking you anything! I didn’t realize right away. When I went back to the register, the girl said that’s how it was if you don’t specify you want a regular meal… Where else have you seen that??? She didn’t apologize or offer me to refund the difference or anything… I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was the manager!!! Waow what a customer service! Anyway it’s not for how much extra you pay it’s just the fact that Mac Donald is a big corporation and shouldn’t allow that kind of policy because the place is packed of tourists and staff take advantage of it. It’s unbelievable to treat customer that way!

Nice convenient location. The cashier seemed aggravated that we didn’t know what we wanted and when we asked for salt and pepper she gave up pepper and said they don’t have salt… weird. Other than that everything was typical McDonald’s.
