Miami Beach Moving & Storage

We moved to our new home on 06/​22/​2013. The movers seemed nice and very helpful, but then one of the men (Victor) began mentioning his desire for beer. We offered water, which they took; however, they stopped for approximately 30 minutes between houses to pick up beer to drink en route.
They seemed otherwise acceptable and careful. Several items of furniture didn’t fit in our home – so we offered them those items which they took. Apparently we weren’t generous enough as we have noticed multiple clothing items are missing totaling approximately $ 500.
We contacted the van line and the customer service agent offered no recourse other than to say their employees wouldn’t do such a thing… etc…and that missing items generally turn up. Well, as more and more items turn up missing, I feel that this company should be reported to prevent other trusting individuals from being exploited. NONE of the items were ever found – because they were stolen.
I have never been more disappointed with a mover – and I have moved many times (literally all over the country). I cannot discourage their use enough.
