Pizza Hut

Chicken wings??? Try pigeon wings. The pizza itself, a veggie lovers, was void of toppings. Someone needs to tell them that bread is not a veggie. And it was expensive; large pizza, pigeon wings, a brownie and 2 liter soda, tax and delivery $ 37.00. You can only fool me once Pizza Hut.

Made the mistake of not checking Unilocal prior to visiting this ph location but now I see. The negativity in the other reviews isn’t just people being mean… they definitely have a lot of truth to them.
I walked into this restaurant and placed my order within 10 minutes. The employee (and my receipt) quoted me 15 minutes for my 2 medium + small order of wings carryout order. So after I completed my payment, I decided to take a quick stroll around the neighborhood to waste some time during my wait. Arrived 15 minutes later and they say my order will be ready shortly. So as I was waiting, I couldn’t help but notice the difficulty of taking other customers’ orders along with managing phones orders and giving other carryout customers their food in a timely manner. That and the place was quite dirty. I noticed the sodas in the little fridge were scattered everywhere. No sense of neatness or organization.
Anyways, some 30 minutes after being told my order would be available shortly, I had to approach the counter to ask the crew member where my order was. She agreed to check on it, walked around back… all the sudden she comes back to the counter and grabs two boxes of pizza from (what I assume is) a hotfridge under the front counter. So basically my order was ready the whole time, my wings were pulled up out of the fryer, waiting to be boxed.
The only positives to my experience was that the ph team members were pretty nice and the food was good. Had it not been for those two things, 2 stars would be inaccurate. I WILL say in their defense, I did see several signs stating they’re hiring which makes sense because they need the help.

I orders online so I wouldn’t have to wait in the store for it to be ready the email said it would take about 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes before picking up and it’s now been over 45 minutes since I placed my order. So it’s a little annoying. Staff is friendly and hopefully pizza is fresh.

Nevermind the customer service. Nevermind the hour wait. But if I order 8 pieces of boneless chicken wings and receive 7 the size of popcorn chicken and the 8^th piece looked like leftover crumb… But then I tried it. And I was actually happy I was shortened because they were so bad I didn’t finish them. It was pure vinegar in my mouth. I’m not picky. I know what Pizza Hut is. But wow like I’ve had school lunches better than that.

I ordered online for carryout. Transaction was quick and easy. There was no wait when I got there. The pizza was ready for me 17 minutes after ordering.

I placed a pick up order and arrived 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I ended up waiting 12 minutes extra after i arrived. I asked the cashier if he could inform the manager to add a complimentary 2 liter drink for the wait, he said they could not do that (I assume that was the manager since he stated that). I did not want to argue so I grabbed my pizza and left. When I got home they had gave me the wrong pizza. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called again and got placed on hold yet again. I stayed on the line for 10 more minutes and gave up. Horrible customer service.

Placed an order that was never logged by the call taker. I couldn’t have been more clear but looks like they can’t even take down an order. My husband waited at the front desk of the hotel for an hour and decides to call them to ask for a status on the order only to be told that they never received an order. It’s 9:15pm, our five year old has been waiting since we started placing the order around 8pm and is starving. All you parents out there know how awful the situation gets when everyone’s hungry, banking on a trusted franchise to deliver. Big let down and we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Too many pizza businesses out there to think about the losers like this one.

The place is extremely crowded and horribly kept! The staff was rude and the ac was horrid. The taste and quality is Pizza Hut so if that’s what you want then that’s what you get, but if you want stay and eat there I discourage it. They’re aren’t enough condiments and paper towel rolls to go around so you have to find them at unused tables or ask some one that has a paper towel roll on they’re table. The music playing comes from and old 00s radio with bad reception and the staff have attitude. Won’t be coming back here again

Very bad customer service, attendant had an angry face towards us all time. Very surprised because I’m used to excellent customer service in America.

Sometimes its good but most of the time is greasy but hey my kids like it everybody has different tastes.

I dont know about all the other reviewers, but I had a good experience here. I ordered a large super supreme online. The pizza was ready in the 12 mins that the site predicted. The pizza was perfect pizza hut pizza. Not over cooked or undercooked and it was loaded with toppings just like the super supreme that I expected. Service wasnt bad at all, but nothing to rave about. They were quick and courteous. Parking can be a pain since it is streetside but there’s a walgreens lot just down the street that allows 30 min parking which is great for pickups.

My buddy and I were extremely hungry. We ordered one of the $ 10 dinner boxes with extra toppings. The price spiked from $ 10 to $ 18 with delivery. The lady on the phone said 45 minutes for delivery. It took more than an hour. By the time the food got there it was ice cold. I will not be ordering from here again. I live less the. 5 miami minutes away. The wait was unacceptable. What ever happened to 30 minutes or less.
One star! And a thumbs down.

The most horrible place I have ever been to. I wish I can give zero (0) stars. Ordered 1 large pizza for dine-​in. Was told 20 – 25 minutes. After 35 minutes, employees (Sabastian) started getting rude. Starting talking in Spanish. Other people who came after us got their pizza orders fulfilled. We asked for a refund and left the store (with no pizza of course). To our horror (5 days later), found out that credit card was charged $ 13.08 instead of the $ 10.90 that the receipt says. and, still no refund. Looking at other reviews on this board, I don’t understand why Pizza Hut is not doing anything to take care of the problem with this store.

I ordered a chicken Alfredo and a pizza special deals offered that day I’ve ordered from that pizza hut before no problem and this time was just bad I have a 20 month old daughter and I have given her the chicken Alfredo before and she’s eaten it without any problem this time after she ate it later that night she threw up atleast 5 times !!! I knew it had to be from the food and even my mother got sick !!! I called the location and I had to call them back again today and they didn’t even offer a refund back and had the nerve to wanna say its my fault my child is now sick with a VIRUS I had to rush her to the hospital the store manager is incompetent at that location and offers no help what so ever I had to get mad at him and explain its a baby they react differently and can get sick easily than an adult never will order from them again and still want my money back from my online order !!!

Okay, so I hadn’t had pizza hut in forever… and I definitely won’t order from here ever again.
So, I placed an order on-​line for carry-​out. Went to go pick of the pizzas and they said «2 minutes» & it was already past the «promised» time. So, 20 minutes later still nothing and we ask if it’s ready… Then there is only 1 pizza & we ordered 2… they said «sorry we’re out of tomatoes» AFTER waiting for 20 minutes (so obviously the pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet when we got there) So, the idiots could have said something to us, since we were standing right in front of them waiting for 20 minutes.
Then, the pizza we did get wasn’t even right… So, they get 1 star, never again.
