Recovering from a lower back injury is a lengthy and painful process — it seemed like a never ending task. Having visited several chiropractic offices and having gone through a great number therapy visits with no success or improvement I have decided to try a different angle. I found Red Apple Yoga at the right moment. Only after a couple of sessions with Kim the tension in my back had significantly decreased and my posture improved a lot too. We are still working on strengthening the problematic areas and stretching techniques which make me feel better and better each time and for the first time I have faith I will be able to get back on the basketball field soon again. Yoga is definitely something I would recommend to anyone coming out of an accident or a sports injury and Kim is a person with the right approach, experience and angle.

The only reason I would give less than 5 stars, is that Kim is too good to share. She offers a great balance of nutritional and yoga expertise that even in small doses, have made significantly positive impacts in my health. I’m definitely not a hardcore yogi, but she has clearly demonstrated a level of knowledge, experience, and skill that allows me to feel relaxed and reassured under her direction and supervision. An amazing yoga instructor with a wonderfully refreshing down to earth personality. I will continue to value all she has to offer.
