Staff are more interested in eachother. Not all of them are rude, but there’s one(I think her name is liz) who clearly doesn’t know how to show any kindness to save her life. No smile, nothing. attitude included too. As far as pretty much the rest of them .they make drinks well. And are much friendlier. Ambiance is mediocre. Doesn’t really feel like the starbucks you can relax in but maybe that’s just me. Bathroom is clean. And they most likely won’t mess up your drink. So thats all that really matters in the end I suppose!

Customer service was friendly and the location was clean, including the restrooms. The star rating is because a majority of the menu items were not in stock. I went in several mornings in a row(5 to be exact) and EVERY morning they were out of the same iced tea options. My wife doesn’t drink a lot of coffee so she always loves to grab an iced tea or tea/lemonade combo. Of all of their tea options they only had Passion Tea. They have what 4 other options including their recent mango addition and you don’t have any of them? Their snack selection was standard and the drinks were made quickly once ordered — even on the days that we were there on peak times. Had their supplies been on point so they could provide the drinks of choice this would be much higher. After multiple days and still no change in supply level it’s not excusable.

The only reason it’s getting 2 stars is because they toasted my bagel correctly otherwise the condiment area was dirty, the coffee wasn’t hot and there was at least two dogs in there that weren’t service dogs. It’s just a matter of cleanliness.

Staff is very nice and witty, generally in a good mood. Orders are all good. The only thing I do not like is the lack of seating and parking. You drive there? Don’t even try getting a spot at their«Starbucks only» parking(4 cars max, including 1 handicap). If you walk and wanna sit and relax for a while, you’ll be able to find that one seat only if you’re lucky. There is space to put more tables and chairs, even outside along the window, but they simply don’t. That’s the reason why they don’t get a 5*. It’s only good for PICKUP if you WALK…

This Starbucks managed to make a pumpkin spice latte taste like dirt with an extra shot of disappointment.

I’m one of those people who like my coffee a certain way and that’s it. if it’s not rit I’ll return however this Starbucks made my drink perfect !! It was clean not as large as the normal Starbucks but everything near the beach is more compact. if your not into Starbucks dunkin donuts is across the street great service there as well.

I’ve been driving past this one for a while now and finally decided to stop in today(Sunday afternoon). The girl who served me was nice and it had a chill little lounge area with couches. I prefer this one to the ones on Lincoln Rd. It has a more relaxed atmosphere and more locals then tourists.

One of my favorite locations, friendly employees that remember your order if you’re a regular. Small *free parking lot in the back, and huge inside with lots of space to hang out. Just don’t park across the street unless your ready to visit beach towing!

This starbucks is in Lincoln road and is far worse service than the others up the street. Customers are treated like cattle by an inattentive staff whi is always joking and pranking each other. Also very messy always. Drinks are fine.

Open late. Lots of seating. Pretty decent area, mostly locals, not much going on over on the west side of the island.

A sub-par Starbucks with average service. And a broken bathroom door handle that doesn’t lock. Tables were rather dirty as well.

This location is perfect if you want to be around locals on Miami Beach. It is a great way to escape the touristy crowds and settle in for a nice cup of coffee with a good book. Plenty of seating from leather comfy chairs to a large meeting table and even a bar to sit at or stand by. You choose it at this Starbucks unlike the other locations around.

The seasonal flavors are amazing this year and the people watching is priceless! Great after a relaxing walk on the Venetian Causeway!

Reviewing Starbucks is like reviewing a pencil. It always works as it should, it has both the ability to allow creativity by serving as a shared office space for freelancers and can fix issues, as long as the only thing needing to be fixed is your caffeine fix. Seriously, they are mostly all the same. I found this one clean, friendly, everything else you’d expect from a SB. But it was also near my apartment, right on Alton for people watching plus the other regulars are great to share coffee with too.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks… The only difference is this is my neighborhood Starbucks so of course I am going to like it best. The baristas are all very pleasant, and a few have even taken the effort to learn my name and coffee preferences which I really appreciate. The line can be fairly long in the morning but I have never had to wait long. There is also free wifi, leather couches, a high-top counter and a large wooden table for lingering with your laptop or newspaper. there are usually several people in the coffee shop, but not so many as you cannot find a place to sit or plug in a computer. The people watching at this location is a lot of fun. There is a cross-section of students, businessmen and enough of the southbeach weirdos to keep things interesting. There is some parking in the back, meters on Alton and 16th or, if you are there at certain hours, open parking in the residential area along West Avenue.
