Truth be told, I have a serious problem. I’m extremely anal about my hair. It’s pretty bad. You ask how bad is it, It’s sooooo bad, it gets on my nerves. I would hate to see me coming to get my hair done. I’m sure they say, oh lawd, here come this psycho lady. My standards are high and I expect attention to detail and an effective cohesive connection between the stylist and myself. In other words let’s get to know one another before we do business together. I came to know about Latoyia@ Hair Xscape through word of mouth and seeing for myself the talent this girl possess. I ask this walking billboard, who does your hair, do you have a number? I got her number back in August-2014. However, I didn’t call her until December. As I was looking for a different look. I called her up, made an appointment and a few Saturdays ago I came in. Latoyia ask me what type of style I want, I showed her pictures of my prior styles and shared my likes, dislikes, wants and don’t want. In the end, what l got was the concept of what I wanted with attitude! Yasssss, hon-Tie. .I love this new do as it says everything the new«50» is now. Still very much fresh and on top of my game(from a business prospective of course). As a woman of color working in a corporate, competitive male dominant world, not only brains matters but being this sassy, edgy trailblazer goes a long way too. With the help of Latoyia and her understanding of how I earn my living and my image, I forsee good things ahead. The beauticians at Hair Xscape take their profession seriously. The setting is professional. I haven’t heard any swearing, loud music or anything remotely questionable. These Divas work hard for their Money and their goal is to meet and exceed your expectations. Although their goal is high here, they don’t rip you off. The prices are surprisingly pretty reasonable. I like nice things, But I’m also frugal as heck. I’m glad I found this place.
