I had an excellent customer service experience here and I definitely plan on returning for all of my beauty needs. I called first to see if they had the hair that I was looking for and they were very helpful on the phone. Once they told me they had it (after I called 6 stores that did not have it).I said I’m on my way! When I got there located the hair and sharday (sp) came to help me. She said you’re the one who just called! So she continued to help me decide which color would look best on my skintone. I did some more shopping and ended up spending $ 120, and since I signed up for the rewards, I will get $ 10 off my next purchase… and I will definitely be back!

I visited this store yesterday to purchase hair. Upon walking through the door I was greeted immediately. The young lady, Serena?, that helped me was very kind and patient. I asked lots of questions, and she was even kind enough to answer questions from my stylist whom I had on the phone. I returned to the store later in the day to make an exchange. The store honors their policy. Again, everyone was extremely helpful and attentive to customers. I was impressed by that.

It’s okay I like that you get $ 10 off for every $ 100 you spend but the staff is not very helpful so if your coming here its best to know what you want before you get there.

Super reasonable price on nail polishes. Good brand also. And they do carry the newest colors from OPI and Essie.

I went here tonite and was treated very poorly by the Staff!!! So called manager on staff …“princess” probably an ex stripper… quoted me a price on hair that was WRONG… but instead of owning up to her mistake and honoring the price, she choose to get nasty with me… very rude and disrespectful! I will never shop here again and they can kiss both sides of my ass!

Super Beauty Me offers a wide variety of beauty items. From top quality hair, perms, rollers to nail polish and make up. The staff here is always very helpful, readily available to give you feedback on the products. It’s helpful that most have used the items and are able to give honest suggestions and opinions about the quality of the items.
My favorite thing about this place is the reward card. A system in which you are awarded store credit for making purchases. It seems each time I go, I earn extra dollars which go toward my future purchases. The prices are often cheaper than other beauty stores in the area. Be sure to stop by for your next beauty need!

If you are looking for that one stop beauty supply shop, you have to visit this place. The prices are reasonable and unlike the other beauty supply stores with their barely there staff, the staff are not only helpful they are pleasant and patient (you know how hard it is to find that right hair). What’s great about this place is they reward you for purchasing merchandise by giving money off when you spend a certain amoun;, just make sure you get a rewards card which tracks your purcsases. So ladies and guys too, forget about your neighborhood beauty supply store and check out this place, it will change your life or at least your hair.
