305 Wireless

Zero stars for 305 wireless! It is an awful company that advertises that they can fix your phone but my phone actually worked better with the screen cracked. Once they «repaired» my phone the screen kept popping off. I couldn’t use the phone because the screen was popped half way out of the phone and attempts to repair this with them were useless. They tried to «glue» it back twice but a day or 2 later it would be popped off again and I couldn’t use the touch screen at all. Taking your phone here is as good as throwing it in trash cause they can’t fix it even though they say they can and still take your money. I had to buy a brand new phone and my other 450 $ phone is now a paperweight. Shameful.

they sell unlocked phones which then then report as stolen so that the phone completely shuts down. the smooth talking sales man works with cell phone carriers, so that when by chance a store in the area is out of stock they send you to 305 WIRLESS– I was appalled by the nerve of the man.
As someone who had nothing better to do but make sure i got my 200 $ back (after they took apart my galaxy SAYING THAT IT WAS BROKEN AND USELESS BUT THEY WANTED THE PARTS…) i sat in front of their store and told every customer about the scam. Eventually the man agreed to give me my money back, however only to quickly alter a paper saying that i would have my money back into my account in a few days. Not only did i never get my money back, i now have to deal with a dispute and police report, as he not only stole from me but made threats towards me.
after losing 200 $, a phone, my patience and being called a crack head, etc… i make it my mission to be sure that others know how completely FALSE this place is.
STAY CLEAR AT ALL COST

They are NOT your friend. They are NOT the cheapest (which they will claim over and over.
I came to Wireless 305 because, as they say on their sing outside the store my «iphone looks like this» broken screen. I asked them (a young girl and a man not much older than 27) if they could fix it and they took my phone, they said it would cost me $ 65 and started working on it. They wrote up a receipt for $ 65.
I had a nice chat with the store clerk about Brazil loosing and how much she wanted Uruguay to beat Ghana. About 45 minutes later the man comes out with the lousiest job I have ever seen. He didn’t even try! The rubber was perturbing out of the edges of the phone, he said it was «normal» but then I found a bubble and he rolled his eyes and re-​did the job. I was pleased and went to pay my dues «$ 69.95» they said. I looked at them in disbelief. «Taxes» they answered.
After I paid, I realized the glass was popping out, but thught nothing of it, thanked them and went on my way. By the time I got home, the rubber was making its way out of my phone like a snake.
I am anything but happy with their service. Never trust a place with a «No Refunds» sign behind the counter. I learned my lesson.
