Came in with a new Bimmer needing some cosmetic work after I ran over a full plastic bumper on the highway at night. He worked me in and was able to chat with me a bit early in the morning. I like that he is a Christian. A real nice guy. Did great work. Will be going back to him for my maintenance and other Bimmer work needs.

I’ve never had an issue with Alex. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2009. I’ve owned 3 BMW 7 series and he has done all my repairs. I’ve referred multiple friends to him with no issues. His prices are extremely reason as he is a BMW Specialist. If you have European car this is your guy. I had to write this review as the one isolated issue is fair from my or anyone else I know experience. When you go to a shop and see the amount of BMW and Mercedes overflowing in needed work this tells you he’s simply a good and humble guy.

I came with 2006 X5 and With Break Light on rear light turns on and oil change highly recommend Alex very professional and is very conscious with price so far the best mechanic in town for European Cars like Bmw Mercedes he even worked on Lamborghini Alex Auto Tech is a 10 in my book

Had an oil leak in a Mercedes Benz 1979 (transmission and engine) Alex ended up changing some seals and it hasn’t leaked since! Great service and I’m really happy with the result!

They’ve already FINED him $ 550.
He illegally put a lien on my vehicle and TRIED to auction it off to himself without notifying me. THE COURTS STOPPED HIM!!!

Mr. Boatto VERBALLY misleads you with prices and when you press him for a WRITTEN estimate, he ignores you, then EVENTUALLY comes up with an exaggerated bill about 3 – 4 times the price that he verbally quoted you. SCAM!!!
