Anti Aging Med Spa

Awesome staff. I seen results after my four sessions here, thanks to groupon I got it for a discounted rate. The people are super friendly here and make the experience an enjoyable one. You can take a the 120 bus to government center and walk a half mile to the spa, unless you want to take a drive there and park it, meters and or valet parking.

People are so nice, clean and beautiful, all treatments we have had are very professional and feel great. I love the staff, Connie is the best at knowing what should be done, she is awesome.
I live in California and Miami, glad to find such a cool place near my place in miami.

Petty petty service… This place is awful, the girl working there barely spoke English and made a big deal about my 5 year old well behaved daughter sitting in the cheap ikea furniture they had in the waiting room. I immediately left the place never to return. Also my appointment was at 4 and I was waiting there for 40 minutes! On top of that the valet charged me $ 6 they were also incompetent as they made me walk half a block to pick up my car after they charged me for terrible service all in all don’t waste your time!

the girl who attempted to draw blood on day 1 was a nightmare, she poked me 3 separate times on 2 different veins and was unsuccessful. i have never had trouble giving blood, actually i usually receive praise how good and fast my veins are. clearly this girl was incompetent and didnt know what she was doing.
everyone i dealt with after that was nice, but nothing extraordinary. maybe when you buy social media deals they are less attentive?
they said they would call me to follow up after my treatments, and they never did.

Pretty surprised that anyone could have a bad experience here. Light, bright and airy, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and the spa facility is modern but calming. First came after buying a photofacial deal and found it very easy to get an appointment, and they emailed a reminder so I wouldn’t forget. Check in was a pretty quick and easy process and they took me in right at my given appointment time. On the 17^th floor of Lattitude, I had some great views of the city and found that the woman giving me the facial made me feel instantly at ease. She offered me some water, explained the process and was willing to answer all of my questions. They do try to sell you on their other products and services, but I’ve had the same experience at other spas as well. One of the women behind the counter even offered me some red wine «to relax» before I left. Came back other occasions for some of their other services, including spa teeth whitening and was very pleased with the results. They often have lots of good promotions (which you can find through their emails) and deals (which are offered through other deal sites). Would definitely recommend this lovely facility, the staff and their services.

I have to totally disagree with the comment that was left for this place. First of all, the med spa is absolutely gorgeous! They have amazing décor, the view is spectacular from the 17^th floor, and the facility is super clean.
I heard of this med spa through Groupon. They were offering four Lipo Laser treatments for $ 99. That was a steal so I purchased it. Making appointment was super easy and convenient through their website. They are pretty booked up so I couldn’t get my appointment date right away. I had to book my appointment for two months later.
Check in was very easy. The girl at the front desk was very nice and professional. Gave me paperwork right away. As soon as all paperwork was done, I was called in within 10 minutes. Erica attended me. Nice and professional. Explained to me the steps of the treatment I was doing. We spoke about other stuff as well. Not one bit of anything unprofessional. Treatment lasted 40 minutes. Check out process was quick and I was given folder with other treatments they offer.
I came back for my second appointment and no complaints. Professional all the way.
I’m looking forward to getting other treatments done here.

I bought a weight loss coupon for this place and I’d like to share my experience with you. I went and they were giving dietary plans where you were supposed to consume about 500 or 900 calories a day. It is OBVIOUS that you will loose weight if you have such a low caloric intake on a daily basis. It’s a waste of money and time (you also have to valet to parking) so again, please do yourself a favor and not even consider going!
