I have been using Ark Solvers for several years and I can’t praise them enough. Andre, Justin, Yoli… the whole group is extremely knowable and helpful no matter what your problem or situation may be. All the staff members are so considerate, friendly and honest. They will explain your issue in an understandable way and wont’ try to confuse you or rip you off with a bunch of confusing lingo. If you contact them, they always respond very quickly and if for whatever reason they cannot resolve your issue (which is rare) they will be most helpful in pointing you in the right direction. I’m not a big computer person so I call them a lot with questions, concerns, or the occasional panic. They hold my hand every step of the way until everything is alright again. Great company.

It’s hard to find good IT Company in South Florida that we could refer to our own customers. Last thing we need is to have the customer upset with us. We are so glad to have found Ark Solvers and work with their team. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable is what makes Andre’s Team so valuable to our company. Everything from server management to backups, this is the company for you. We have worked with Andre and his team for over a year now and we nor our customers have any negative remarks. They do an amazing job and we would highly recommend his service. He has helped several of our high end customers move their entire computer infrastructure with no issues. Andre, Shawn, Yoly, etc. Everyone i ever dealt with was always a solution to all my issues. This is a work laptop that i have and my company uses ARK Solvers for anything that is related to IT. Even from NJ where i live there is always a way from Miami for them to log in FAST and fix FAST. I love the team, they all are polite, efficient and patient. Merci beaucoup :)
