My kids love this place. Its cheaper than Mcdonalds. I can make an ok salad before eating a gluten overdose. The best tip is to order a fresh pizza right when you get there and enjoy it.

We arrived around 8:15pm, the restaurant door states that they close at 10pm. When we arrived, there was absolutely no one at the front register. There was one lady putting pizza out from under the counter and she looked right at us, but never approached us or acknowledged us. Then she started cleaning. Another couple came in behind us and began waiting as well. We were not helped until the gentleman behind us CALLED the restaurant to let them know they had several guests waiting to be helped. Finally someone came to help, this was maybe 7 minutes later, he also requested we sit at only one of 8 tables because they were cleaning the rest of the restaurant. After paying, we proceeded to the buffet line only to see OLD pizza sitting on the counters. There was NO soup and there was NO pasta available, only old alfredo sauce and an abundance of marinara, with nothing to use it on. There was no life to the pizza, it was cold and looked and tasted as if it had been sitting there for hours. My daughter, who LOVES pizza wouldn’t eat any of it. We requested a pizza to be made because it was clear that the employees were in closing mode, as all of them were cleaning and not putting anything new out for the customers. This took almost 5 minutes because they were all occupied and didn’t care to acknowledge me standing at the counter. This pizza was hot, however, the crust was undercooked and chewy. Overall, it was an awful experience. I have been to many Cici’s before in Texas where the food was hot and fresh until closing and we were never made to feel as if we were an inconvenience on them for being there. During our entire visit, we never saw a fresh pizza put out on the counter or any desserts. The pizza they did put up was pizza that had been sitting underneath the buffet counter. The desserts were hardened and there was one cinnamon roll and nothing ever came out again. Overall, I will not be returning to this Cici’s, I am not sure the manager on duty this evening has enough training to successfully run this establishment. I do not think anyone in the restaurant was satisfied or happy. Absolutely ZERO customer service and not a very welcoming environment.

Fast, convinient and taste is not that bad. Obviously it’s no gourmet pasta and pizza, but it’ll do. It’s buffet style so it’s always coming out of the kitchen… it’s very cheap. The place is usually jam packed, good luck finding a table! They have dessert(brownies and cinnamon bread). There’s also a kids arcade.

Eat here only if you don’t have a problem with the inevitable nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea that will follow.

Worse mistake ever! Don’t waste your money on this restaurant. The pizza is not great at all. You get better pizza from Little Ceasars or Domino’s. Go to the all you can eat Pizza Hut!

Food was good but the service was horrible. The lady at the register took forever to get the drinks right and had a nasty attitude. Overall, the location was clean but the service definitely needs improvement.

Walking in you can see how popular this new location is… The clientele mainly consists of the new millennials. We all know what CiCi’s pizza is like, but the reason I give this location 4⁄5 stars is because of the great selection of pizza they have — it is a buffet– eat as much as you want– they have bacon pizza, chicken barbecue and Hawaiian pizza. Their salad bar remains unchanged however their desert options have extended. They have apple Bavarian pizza, cinnamon swirls and fudge brownies. The kids go crazy. Kids love the little Arcade in the corner with convenient token machines so it has this chuckycheese kind of feel. The location is clean and well kept. They now offer take out which is new. For Seniors they offer an all you can eat buffet for $ 2.99. Not the most healthiest but definitely an option. The pasta sauces remain the usual marinara and Alfredo and both sauces taste bland– which is just the way the preferred clientele likes it, so who am I to comment negatively when clearly CiCi’s doesn’t cater for the sophisticated Unilocaler– they cater to the New Millenial generation.

I give this visit a 4star because its a very casual pizza place for the family. Very economical for the variety. Most of all this visit was rather cool because we were greeted by a very pleasant young man and his staff. He took our order and was moving all over the place. Looks like he might be running the place. Very polite and great customer service. Found out his name is Luis. If any Cicis pizza, do this one.

I ordered a spinach pizza when we first got here. 20 minutes later I received it after everyone has already finished. Not cool.

Slowest location with the worst attitude coming from the on duty manager actually. I witnessed how he mistreated a senior customer like crap when he complained for the empty buffet as u can see below. The evidence is on the photos. On the other hand, the buns are great. LOL!

It’s a shame to write this review because I’ve been here countless times before and never had a complain about it. I was a little grossed out this time around. There were pizzas that looked like they had been sitting there for hours while others, the pasta section was mostly empty, very little variety in the pizzas, and they took a while for them to re-stock the pizzas they had. I definitely won’t be coming back here for a while.

Don’t like the atmosphere. Kinda yucky but manageable. There’s an arcade in the back for kids very nice. The pizza is yummy and price is fair. They had mac n cheese pizza which I thought was different and good. Dessert options are good but not the best. Good place.

Great food for the price. Decent salad bar selection and pizza variety. Perfect for a weekday dinner spot with the kids.

It was okay. They didn’t have as much options as the website shows. The noodles weren’t cooked completely, and the Alfredo sauce was lacking flavor. It looked like the manager was hands on so that’s a good thing but the food overall left more to be desired. I would give customer service more stars, they keep the place clean. Not so sure I would come again.

I don’t know what is going on, but management needs to concentrate on the important things. Guys, it’s a pizza buffet. Half of the line was empty, and you were more worried about saying hi and bye to everyone(which it clearly shows you’re reading a script). And on top of that, you have some guy on the register in a t shirt and basketball shorts? Really? Concentrate on what’s important. You want employees to listen, then get your hands dirty. If it were me, I would have told whoever that guy in the register was to take a hike and I would’ve taken over, period. If that was the first person I saw at a restaurant, I’d simply walk out. I’ll be back, but because it’s pizza… you can’t go wrong. Just don’t say hi to me like a robot.
