Thief! Went for the 1st time with a Groupon for 60 units. Dr. Garcia sold me a «special» promotion 4 sessions of Botox within 1 year for about $ 800. I went back once and then they disappear. I called office for my next appointment and there was no answer… Now I realize why… Dr. Is sitting in jail probably unless she disappeared with all the money she stolen…

Dr. Garcia was sentenced to 51 months in prison and 3 years of supervised release on April 8, 2014 for tax fraud related to the income she and her now-deceased husband received from their medical business. All the more reason to frown.

I went in for a IPL photo facial yesterday and the doctor was very patient and helpful. I didn’t think it would hurt as much as it did but the results are worth it!!! They honored my groupon even though it had expired 3 days before my appointment. I plan to go back and have no complaints whatsoever. I was surprised after reading the other reviews… thank goodness my experience was different. I recommend the photo facial for those with acne, sunspots or rosacea… just be prepared to withstand some«surprise» pain… I will do it again though

WARNING — Something is very fishy with the Botox!!! Bought a Groupon for 20 units of Botox. When I came in I decided to buy another 40 units for a total of 60 units. After 3 weeks I could barely see any improvement at all on my forehead or between my eyes. When I have had Botox in the past, 25 units(50 units total) in each place completely removed any expression(I am 32 y/o). I called Clear Image and I was told to come in for a follow up. I met with the doctor again and she started questioning whether I had been drinking or exercising after getting the Botox injected(I hadn’t because she had instructed me not to!) When I asked the doctor to confirm again how many units she had injected me with at the previous visit she said she wasnt sure as she didnt have my file with her. I told her that i had paid for 60 units, and she told me that then thats what I had received… The doctor then gave me a touch up and told me that even though she had injected me with 60 units before, maybe some of it had migrated to other areas(?) and that I had just ended up with 45 units(??). She said that she had injected me with another 20 units and sent me home telling me that if it didnt work I may need to do fillers. Two weeks later I STILL do not see any further improvement at all, now with supposedly 80 units injected in total. This does not make sense here at all. All in all, my experience with Clear Image is very similar to that of another reviewer(Carmen on 10÷5÷12) who states that she did not see improvement aft having her vertical lines injected with Botox. Something is FISHY!!! Their Botox may be the cheapest in town, but it doesn’t matter when you don’t have any results!

First time I went I had never done Botox before and was curious but skeptical about trying it. After a string of questions and answers I decide to give it a try. The doctor recommended 30 units of Botox for my vertical frown lines and two syringes of Juvederm for my laughing lines. Four months later I’m due for a retouch although lines were not as bad. CLEARIMAGE happen to just come out with a Groupon deal(perfect timing I thought) so I buy 40 units of Botox(10 more then the first time). First thing I notice the Dr. say as she is looking at my file was that previously I had 20 to 30 units. Was it 20 or was it 30 cause I was charged for 30. Again she recommended more Juverderm now for the lines going from the side of my lips down my chin. I hesitated cause I was not ready for the expense, but in the hype of it all I go for it. Here’s where things start to be different then the first time. First, she injects me without numbing(first time she did) Second, I barely felt her put Botox in my vertical line(but I figure it was because the line was not as bad as the first time). Third, while on my mouth area in addition to the Juverderm SHEDECIDES for more Botox and tells me not to worry that we can figure out the payment later. Well, that was an additional $ 100 for 20 more units groupon price! So I’m here thinking I must be looking good with 60 units of Botox and a large syringe of Jurverderm right? Not so. When I get home I notice the line between my eyebrows is still there. I let a few days go by hoping to see some improvement before calling in so the Dr. can look at it. She was not happy to see me and gave me all kind of excuses as to why that happen. She even showed me a before and after picture of someone else trying to convince me that it was me! When she saw I was not going for her excuses, she told me to come back in a week to see it then. The day I went back there were no questions asked. After waiting for an hour I was put on the bed and she injected my forehead again without numbing like 10 times! I was freaking out! Other then the needle going in I really didn’t feel any Botox like I did the first time I had it. I did feel liquid dripping as she was injecting. I left the place with a weird feeling. Before leaving I asked for a receipt of the services provided(something I asked for the first time and got without any problem). At the front desk with my file in his hand the guy asked me and noted what I had paid for to send me the receipt. HELLO isn’t that suppose to be in my file? Anyway, eleven days have pass and my vertical line is still there not to say I had an hematoma for like a week in my forehead, and I have still to get my receipt regardless of the countless calls and message left in addition to an email. I don’t know if it has to do with being a Groupon customer, but they are anything but what they say they are in their post. They have left me with a sense of dishonestly.
