Open 24hra. Fast Cuban sandwhich or shake. Not great food but that’s not what you come here for, this is your quick and out when nothing else is open

Wow! Are you looking for the real deal? Because I think I just found the best hole-in-the-wall(literally) place today while working on a video project. I met a guy last Sunday at drum circle that recommended some spots where I could meet the real«gente» of Little Havana. They call this place«La Cafeteria», and they have some of THEBEST Cuban pastelitos I’ve ever tasted. We tried some of their guava and cheese, and they were hhmm hmmm delicious. Their Cortaditos were so good! I was even bold enough to try some of their devilish black shots… Oh heaven-A! Needless to say I started filming at 9am and didn’t stop til 5pm… yeah… that’s real Cuban coffee for ya. Got the chance to chat with some of the locals and regulars(the place was constantly active) including Juan Thatsallyouneedtoknow and Rafael Cuatro Esquinas(he apparently lives right on that corner.) The owner, Yanis, told me they’ve been around for 57 years, and that it is so well known in the community that they’ve filmed movies in this famous corner of the historical town. She was super pleasant and helpful, and also told us about their full menu which includes some Pan con Bisteq, Pulled pork… you get the gist. Warning for the faint of heart: this is literally a hole in the wall, so don’t expect fanciness or anything of the sort. Come enjoy some original food, and some good company. Don’t be shy, these people have some of the best stories you’ll hear in this part of town, and they’re willing to share their«jet fuel» and talk to you for hours.
