CVS/pharmacy

Rude pharmacy staff with no inclination whatsoever of being attentive. The staff needs to learn to listen to their customers instead of steamrolling through them like cattle.

This is the worse CVS. Employees are rude especially on the weekend. They have cut down the hours and staff is short. They are very irresponsible in filling prescription and are not detail oriented. They have filled out my sons prescription twice with a genetic instead of brand and the first time he had a bad reaction to the medicine. This is so irresponsible. This pharmacy needs to get their place together. This is an awful place.

Best cvs I’ve been to by far!!! Everyone is always helpful and friendly. They know me by name from how often I shop at this particular cvs. The manager Laura is extremely polite and courteous!!! Keep up the great work!!!

This pharmacy is very small but still have what you need. I have been helped numerous times and customer service is very good. My experience with the pharmacist is that he is very efficient and goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met as it goes for resolving insurance information and issues and also to explain well any questions you may have. Always get my business plus its conveniently located next to a huge publix

Terrible customer service and cashiers. Lost my photos and called me a month after I was told they were ready, then took over 15 minutes to ring them up. The cashier was rude.

Favorite spots when it comes to quick and on-​the-​go shopping! Fast, reliable and plus its so close to home! I can find almost everything I want… CVS is the best for me!

Worst CVS. Small, dirty, cramped, and nothing in stock. But the worse is the pharmacy. The female pharmacist is the rudest person I have ever met. Because of her we no longer go to CVS.

I used to work here many years ago. The employees are friendly and the pharmacist was more than willing to explain to my mother why her prescription was only being partially covered. Other places just make you accept that it is what it is, like it or not.

There are multiple problems with this CVS that legitimize only one star…
1. This star has been moving their shelves and merchandise around to different places for a couple months now, with no end in sight.
2. The coupon machine has errors every other day and no employee knows how to work the issue. They simply give the shrug and walk away.
3. The employees will use your percentage off coupons on whatever transaction they prefer without asking you. You don’t notice it until it’s too late.
Avoid this store at all costs!

This place rocks because they always have what you want on hand :).I was looking for shavers as in like disposal razors and i totally found a large variety. I was happy and satisfied. In addition, also i was looking for a facial mask and also found alot of different types i left satisfied. Thank you CVS for providing me with all my needs. See you soon :)

Dear CVS of Palmetto Bay,
You are conveniently located right next to Publix, in the same shopping center as Ofherdahl’s, which makes it easy to stop by and get the things I need.
You have a great team of employees that are always helpful, courteous, polite, and caring. The pharmacy staff is attentive and reliable, and my meds are always ready on time.
Your product selection includes a vast selection of items, so I can always find what I need… From tampons, to make up, to household cleaners or snacks. Where else can you find everything in 1 easy 24-​hour location?!?
Just the other day, the bf and I grabbed a wide range of items including: foil, heating pad, Theraflu, cookies, and Vicks VapoRub! Woooo! :)

Although, one question… What is that ridiculous $ 250 hair removal item that you sell?!? Does anyone actually but that!!! Too funny CVS!
