Dining at a hole in the wall is either a hidden gem of salvation or confirms its nondescript status — or leaves you wondering how they stay open in the first place. After my first visit to this Indo-Pak/sandwich shop in West Kendall, I am leaning toward the second or third possibility. On the recommendations of friends, we tried it out and found everything to be disappointing, from the samosa(dry and overbearing with spice) to chicken manchurian(with ketchup!) to the dessert, kesari(bland). After that, I did not want to even try the kebabs. It is too bad, because it is obviously a family-run business and they do their best to make the place inviting. Maybe the weekend buffet makes a better impression.
