Domino’s Pizza

Ordered a pizza at the greyhound station. Our bus arrived early. When we called to cancel the order it took 5 calls of getting hung up on to finally cancel the order. This place is a joke.

Can I please give them a negative 5 stars? What a horribly run joke of a franchise! 1 & half hours after ordering and two phone calls (that I will get to later), a belligerent jackass shows up with crusted over garbage expecting to deliver it. This is by far the worst Dominos that I can recall dealing with. To say they suck would not begin to cover it. Save your time a frustration and order from a company that can at least take an order and deliver it. These guys can’t. In addition, they don’t care. Try calling them! The first time, I get someone that just blows smoke up my a$$, the second time I ask for a manager, after being on hold, I get some moron that yells something unintelligible into the phone and I end up with the first idiot. I told them they suck and expect a negative review. I assure you they could care less. I will ping Dominos corporate, but I am sure that they could not care as well as how else can such a poorly run business keep a franchised name? Again, maybe you don’t like a competitor’s pizza as well, but at least you have a shot of getting it!

Unfortunately I cannot leave 0 stars, this location (1105 NW 22 Ave) is a HORRIBLE domino’s that I have ever been to. I ordered a pizza, 1\2 ham & pineapple and 1\2 bacon with EXTRA BACON! (order# 729 064 to be exact). When the driver arrived, I thought the police were at the door he banged on the door so hard. When I opened it, he told me I needed to hurry up because he left his car in the MIDDLE of the street! So whatever, tipped him $ 4 (on a $ 20 order, too much tip!) and went into the house to enjoy a pizza I was thinking about which is why I ordered in the first place. I opened the box, it was ½ ham & pineapple and the other side had 4 TINY pieces of bacon on it (I had to squint in order to see the bacon).
So I decided to call the store, not even to ask for a credit but more to let them know what happened. The guy who answered the phone was probably having a bad day but he was super RUDE. When I told him what happened, he said he would put a free pizza on the account. When I went on to tell him thank you, however that was not the point, he HUNG up on me. For someone who orders from them A LOT, I will NEVER order from them again, even with a FREE pizza!!!

Paid $ 26 total for an extra large pizza delivery that arrived looking like a medium size pizza. Had to check the box twice just make sure that it was indeed an xtra large pizza. I couldn’t believe it. We even tried looking for a measuring tape to measure. It came thin crusted also. Pizza was a joke. It was an appetizer between two people and the ingredients were all over the place. I was left starving.
