Drive thru speaker doesn’t work, simple to-go orders take too long. Customer service is very poor.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE, I’ve given this place several opportunities and every time I’ve been disappointed. This is the last time I’ll be buying from them. Food used to be decent but its worse and worse every time. I haven’t had these issues in other Don Pan the one in Doral and US1 are great!!!

Every empanada I have tried has been incredible. Had my fourth visit today. You have to try the bread filled with cheese

One of the great things about this particular Don Pan is the fact that they have drive-thru ordering. If you’re in the mood for a quick café con leche or simple styrofoam cup of fresh squeezed orange juice then this Don Pan drive-thru is right for you. They have a large selection of sandwiches that can also be ordered from the comfort of your vehicle by simply using their drive-thru service. I’ve always experienced great customer service here.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The staff is always rude, even on drive thru mic, their coffee is a hit or miss, never quite right, the only reason I go back is for there cachitos, though they’re usually out of ham and cheese!

Scam indeed, when ordering via drive thru you are asked to come inside. I was ordering a simple sandwich plus drive was not busy? Another time I tried placing my order over the phone to give them time to have a simple croissant ready and they don’t take orders over the phone. Customer making it easier for them and still no service. Oh well, to La Carreta I go.

He venido a este Don Pan unas 4 veces en los últimos 3 años. Las señoras que atienden siempre lo hacen de mala gana. Lamentable.

The arepa w guayanes and ham was hot and delicious! So was the pan con queso fresh out of the oven(a must try!). Service is very miami like for a cafeteria/bakery. Spent 40 bucks and ate like a king with 3 people. Will come back and try tequenos and empanadas

This place is a full scam! The drive through is a total joke. The speaker is probably one of the first ever invented because the volume is so low that if you are driving a sports car the engine will block any sound coming out of it. The wait is ridiculous, you’re better off sacrificing, getting off and smelling like butter for the rest of your day. It never fails! Every time we go there’s something we order that they don’t have. For example today, I ordered orange juice and when I got to the window the lady said the box was too heavy for her to carry! great customer service with honesty! I ordered two toasts and one was half the size of the other and burned. This place needs a remodel including a complete change of staff! It still blows my mind some of the things these ladies have the audacity to say or do.

Don’t be fooled by the fact that this bakery has a drive thru. Trust me you’re better off going inside!!! The only reason I bare the wait is because sometimes I don’t feel like coming out smelling like food and because their tostadas are the best I’ve ever had! I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, no lie, under the ridiculous Miami sun that goes even through your glass windows, Next to the speaker waiting for someone to assist me. When finally someone did, I placed my order and drove to the window to pay and get my food(btw, you can’t even hear the person over the speaker, it’s ridiculous) and the lady tells me «Oh we don’t have orange juice.» I tell the lady«You know I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to assist me, you couldn’t tell me that when I ordered it?» And she says«Well what can I do?» A «sorry for the inconvenience would’ve been great!» Oh and I forgot to mention the time I sent my husband to get me a tostada and the lady forgot to put butter in it. It was literally toasted bread… what a chaos!

Service takes too long. I ordered two arepas and after 15 mins they started making it. So a total of 25 mins for two arepas? At the end the meat was cold and it tasted ok. Also had a cortadito an that was good. What really ticked me off was the wait time.

Don Pan, the Venezuelan bakery chain, seems to have been going through some rough times in their expansion plans in the past 10 years — but thankfully they’re still able to hold through. It would be nice to see them expand more into other neighborhoods like downtown, the airport and the beach as long as they improve the quality of some of their pastries. But anyways, I give it high marks for the pricing and their pan de queso(cheese bread) and(Venezuelan cinnamon rolls) which I always get topped with Venezuelan cheese(i.e. queso de mano). The golfeados are as good as those in Venezuela. My friend like their mil hojas(napoleons). Also I like that this place has a drive-thru. :) I would however like them to expand their coffee selection — they only offer Cuban style(aka bitter) to cater to local tastes but we don’t drink that.
