Went there at 8:00 pm to grab a coffee for a road trip. One person working. No iced coffee. No hot coffee. Store was a mess. After I finally got my coffee the employee instead of working ran to play on there cell phone rather than work??? Come on Miami grow up

Ordered a veggie burrito, got a cold Sausage burrito. Restaurant is set up very poor and the service is slow. The staff was nice though and was knowledgeable of their POS system. Use your AARP card to get a free donut!

Horrible service the guy working tonight didn’t want to make a coolata just because he was busy and used excuses not to make it such as they didn’t have anything coffee based even though they are a coffee place. Won’t ever go again while he’s working

This Dunkin’ Donuts recently got the chance to redeem itself after my last experience, which earned them only 2 stars. I was trying to supply pastries, coffee and juice for an early meeting at work. I’d planned to go to Gilbert’s on Coral Way, but found that they’d unexpectedly and recently closed after a fire. CRAP! I hot footed it over here to Dunkin and ordered a dozen glazed donuts, a dozen assorted donuts, and a Box O’ Joe. Though I was the 4th person in line and was a bit nervous about how long it may take them to gather everything for my somewhat larger order, I was pleasantly surprised! One woman started gathering the donuts, while another filled the Box O’ Joe(an insulated box with a pouring spout that contains 10 cups of coffee) and filled a bag with sugar, creamer, sweetner and stirring sticks. Within 7 or 8 minutes after I walked into this place, I’d placed my order and was on my way. I swung into the convenience store at the end of this strip mall to grab the juice I needed and was good to go!

I don’t understand how a place runs out of donuts! I’m not bothering coming to this location anymore that obviously doesn’t take the time to do inventory correctly.

I stopped by here on my way to the airport a few weeks ago — the donuts looked terrible and the muffin I got was stale and the coffee was so so. Disappointing since I’m a regular DD customer.

This is the closest Dunkin to home, but one of the worst when in comes to service and quality. A couple of days ago I was serviced by Aymee who told me that I could not take any of the promotions such as the coffee latte because her manager did not train her on how to do it. The donuts seemed to be from the previous week and they only had a couple of choices. won’t recommend at all, very poor service and quality!

This dunkin donuts it’s about quantity rather than quality. They are quite fast but rude and disrespectful. It’s not surprise is always busy since it’s located in US1 and SW27th avenue. Regardless, if you happen to stop by do not go near the preparation line you don’t wanna see what goes behind.

Dunkin’ Donuts is a great place to stop and get a quick bite to eat on the way to work. As for this specific location, there is nothing special about it, except that it is placed in the middle of a strip mall right off of US1 with plenty of parking. It often gets packed around 0800, but the line moves quickly so it isn’t much of an issue. The staff is nice, the manager is always involved, and they USUALLY get my order right. This location is definitely not a ‘sit down and converse’ kind of spot, but more of a ‘Let’s get it and go’ spot. All in all, I personally enjoy coming here and will continue to come to this location.

The employees at this dunkin doughnuts should probably refrain from smoking weed before coming to work! It took about 25 minutes to get my food!!! They got my order wrong and instead of just fixing it, the guy behind the register and the girl prepping the bagels start arguing about whether he rang it up wrong or whether she prepared it wrong!!! There was an older gentleman complaining, as well, because he had been waiting a while and they hadn’t given him his food! TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!!

The best inexpensive place when it comes to good tasting sweets and donuts. Went here yesterday and I had really a good time. Tuna salad sandwich was great, had two orders of it because I wasn’t satisfied on the first one. The frozen Hazelnut coffee was also extreme, also had the vanilla bean, oh great tasting frozens from this place.

Okay. I admit, I capitulated and went back to this DD location after my first review has been languishing a year on my «No effin way, wild horses be damned, I ain’t going back» Unilocalie list. . A nice late night cup of coffee was a draw. and I didn’t feel like driving to Pasion de Cielo and wasn’t sure it was open anyway. A lovely, patient, and friendly employe, Jason, talked me through the morass that is ‘signing up for their DD free donut-hole every 3 years WITH the purchase of 2800 superlarge-venti-mega-humungous-burj-gigantuian-trenti cups of anisette flavored java, program. Bought a 25 count* box of ‘holes’ to take home but snagged a couple as I sat and enjoyed my coffee. The first… of the jelly persuasion,(and I do mean ‚‘persuasion’ as mayyyyyybe someone had whispered word«jelly» above it last week when it was baked but that’s doubtful…), more like I ‘detected’ the ‘essence’ of jelly… but that may have been wishful thinking on my part. ********************************************** TIMEOUT… BRB. enormous cockroach crawling across floor and I must save baby Cat by hitting it with HER shoe! hehehehe… ** ********************************************** it’s nice being someone’s hero… um… heroine.
Okay, back. The second mouth– full was a powdered musket-ball, I mean donut-hole-wannabe lead weight. ENOUGH! I got up… I approached the counter…(think snorting toro approaching matador like… and requested more chocolate,(only slightly stale) holes to replace the powdered ones… and again, the delightful Jason diffused the building rage, and with his cute little latin boy, looks and calm smile,(and a few more sorta– maybe jelly donuts tossed in,), life was again. peaceful. and I drove home… * Unfortunately family did not finish all the holes but not to worry, they will be well used to catch a few delicious bottom dwelling Mutton snapper this week!. I LOVE all’s well that ends well stories, You? ** cockroach was in MY back room, NOT Dunkin Donut

Place gets packed mid-mornings which would be expected. Tiny location where the lines go all the way back to the doors. The donuts taste like they should. Cashiers could be friendlier though and seem like they’re happy to be there.

Sometimes you gotta indulge your cravings. Somewhat disappointed for a late afternoon visit. Most of the donuts are gone by this time. Ummm, you have donuts in your name, so shouldn’t you have them ALL the time? Sadly, this wasn’t the case. And the donuts they did have, a few tasted stale… so not good. On the plus side, the clerk was very friendly and threw in a couple of freebies. But keeping with a healthy lifestyle, I only see myself coming here 1 – 2 times a year.

Always a line! There are always people at this Dunkin! Maybe a sign there should be more DDs in Miami. In the past few months the staff has gotten friendlier and they work a little faster. I do have to say on a number of occasions there is a break down between the people who take the orders and the people who have to put the orders together — i.e. there isn’t something that I have already paid for and then they substitute which is a little disappointing.

It’s Dunkin Donuts people, so it’s a place to get in, and get out. I usually order a small coffee, perhaps a donut if I’m hungry. I haven’t tried anything else on their menu, but will warn you it does get packed in the morning. So if you’re in a rush like everyone else you might just have to be patient and wait. Trust me, your inner caffeine craving will thank you later.

Considering some of the other good reviews, I’m really beginning to think that the ladies behind the counter here just don’t like me, and wish I’d go away. My order is always so simple. Iced coffee, skim milk, no sugar. Always the same. Never anything different or complicated. However, they still manage to screw this up on a recurring basis. Yesterday, after lunch, I just wanted a quick hit of caffeine as is typical. Jump in, order the same damned thing, jump out and back to work. I took a sip. Not only was this not skim milk, I don’t even think it was whole milk. It tasted like effing half & half! I said no sugar, didn’t I? Well, it tasted like they dumped in two shots of simple syrup. Horrible. My «iced coffee» tasted like a sugary cup of half & half. They’ve screwed up my drink before, but this one really took the cake. This wouldn’t happen at Starbucks… and the Siren’s iced coffee is only 5 – 10 cents more.
