On the rare occasion there are donuts available to buy, they are usually stale. 4 out of 5 times I’ve attempted to get donuts there weren’t any. If you ask anyone when they will have donuts they usually don’t know. This has got to be the worst Dunkin donuts on the planet. If you have a donut attack your best bet is to go to another location because more than likely you won’t get your fix at this location. Really disappointing.

I came in and spoke to a «manager» about a donation for my child’s preschool and was told they could donate 4 dozen doughnuts. I was skeptical because they didn’t take my information or even look at the letter I had brought in. In the weeks leading up to the event I tried to contact them but no one ever answered the phone. I left a message. No one returned my call. I stopped by and spoke to the«manager» who said she’d leave the letter and my number for her manager and he’d call me the next day. It didn’t happen. Two days before I was expecting them, I called and spoke to someone(they answered!) and was told I could have 4 dozen doughnuts and was asked when I would be by to pick them up. One day before I called again(very skeptical because everyone I spoke to was very slow), apparently this was the actual manager who answered(maybe?) and he refused to give any donation even though I had been told yes by two other people. He said they must not have understood what I was asking. Obviously they understood as they asked appropriate follow up questions like«what time will you come by to pick up your four dozen doughnuts?» Service at this location is terrible. No one is helpful. No one seems to have any idea what’s going on. Additionally I’ve been in for coffee two other times. Once it was ok. The second time it was not a good experience. Every garbage in there was overflowing. Obviously I will not go back and don’t think you should go either.

Went in this morning at 4:50am when the store opens at 4am, the employee who was opening was sitting down back to the door, phone charging and snuggled up with a blanket up to her face, I continuously knocked and beeped but no answer, while she’s clocked in she was slumped, I didn’t get any Donuts.

Terrible the donuts are stale and the sweet teas are bitter. One can’t even fix the taste with flavor syrup ! Staff is not rude but not attentive either. Extremely disappointed with the food that I will never return to this location again.

I came in here for some donuts. Was amazed to see none on display. I asked to verify if maybe they had them in the back, but nope. «Not till the morning» I was told. This is your namesake for crying out loud. You deserve negative stars! :/

The slowest service possible None of the employees look like they want to be working and they drag their feet at everything, they get frozen at the thought of anything besides a coffee. The whole crew has to get involved in the order

Walked in here after shopping at Walmart and my brain was rattled. I walked up to the cashier and could barely get out what I wanted to order. The cashier was very patient and took her time and helped me figure out what I wanted to order. My order was ready very quickly and everyone here was very nice. The barista made sure to write which drink was which so there was no confusion.

This location has been open for quite some time. It was recently remodeled, as DD went on a nationwide tour to improve their image. This donut shop has a very modern look, and everything inside is new. Also, everything is displayed strategically, and customers are made aware that mugs, k-cups, and pounds of coffee are available to take home with you. The service here is good, orders are taken promptly, and the donuts and baked goods are fresh. I was surprised of how fresh donuts and muffins were in the afternoon, pleasantly surprise I may add. What didn’t surprise me was the mishmash of Spanglish that was coming from behind the counter. «Oye, Alvarito, ya pusiste el coffee?». «Mima, primero pon el egg para que el omelette salga suave». The neighborhood is traditionally Hispanic, this area is Westchester, and the shopping center is +Spanish only+ type of deal. Like a said, this DD was able to serve its customers in English, but with some hiccups here and there. It’s OK, maybe not. The one thing that I noticed was that the employees at this DD were fit. I walked in and immediately increased the«fat people count» by two, me and another person. Another lady that was there was obese, and she had just finished a box of donuts and was sipping on an extra large coolatta. I sat down to drink my coffee, to eat one doughnut, and after me came three obese people. The demographics were as follows: One obese female, three obese males, two fat males, two fit employees. One of the males had to be a cop. No joke. Thanks DD for making America fat. I should take away all the stars. Then, the weird happened. I noticed a mural(pic available), that reminded me of the murals of Diego Rivera. A journeyman, a musician, a businessman, and a housewife walking out with a cup of DD in their possession. Does that mean that DD is proletariat? I don’t have any phobias, but the mural did give me a weird feeling. Maybe I am Miami paranoid, then again, maybe not. I remember my college days, when I use to pick up a dozen donuts, coffee, and go hang out at FIU with other students. The donuts haven’t changed and the coffee certainly hasn’t changed. More things are sold, like shots, coolattas, flatbreads, etc., and DD is still open and available. Sometimes I think that my generation is the one that grew up with the multinational food chains instead of family values. That is just me.

As far as DDs go this one gets 5 stars. As far as Unilocal goes I’d give it a 2 star. But to be fair to this location, it is 20 times better than the rest. At least here they –usually– have donuts stocked… or at least some. The DD on coral way and 107th near FIU just plains blowsssss. I can’t for the life of me figure out why that place is still in business.

Came here this morning for some coffee. The place has been completely remodeled to the 20th century. Very nice layout and they even have booths. They tricked me in buying donuts for the office, cause they looked very fresh and fresh they were. The service was very quick and efficient. Congrats to the owner for updating the location!

This place gets less than 3 stars for the donuts and coffee. Even though they are trying to compete with Starbucks in the coffee-arena, it doesn’t say much to me since I’m not even a big fan of Starbucks. If I really need to review the donut shop for the coffee, all I can say is that it’s decent at least. On to the topic of donuts — when I went here late at night, I shouldn’t be expecting yummy donuts. But whatever they have to offer should be good if it wants to stay in business 24⁄7. And it wasn’t — except maybe for the donut with the dulce de leche filling. But even that was just okay. It definitely did make the night bearable. I bumped it up to three stars though, primarily because this is a 24⁄7 spot in Miami where you can sit and chat casually with your friends indoors — still a rare concept in this city unless if you wanted to go to El Rey Pizza.
