This Dunkin SUCKS. The pastries are stale. The clerk gives less than the full amount to the customer by saying he is out of change and can’t go get yours.

This little shop is right across from the main library. I went there to try the new cronut, and was amazed with the friendly service. The lady there seems to really enjoy working there and I felt happier leaving the store! This is a first for me, most DD employees are somewhat grumpy. So while I am honestly not a fan of DD’s donuts(much prefer KK’s, or better yet, gourmet ones like Mojo or Rhino) I want to write a little review just to appreciate the lovely service I got. As for the cronut — this is my first so nothing to compare with, but it does taste better than their regular donut. Somehow it’s denser, which is somewhat surprising considering a croissant is flaky and airy. Overall, quite good, but overpriced at $ 2.50 a piece.

Just opened: a tiny Dunkin Donuts with good service and all the usual pastries and sandwiches. They don’t actually cook food here, so those eggs and«omelets» in your sandwiches come pre-cooked from a factory. It’s the only donut shop #DWNTWN, so I imagine that they’ll do a good bit of business. It’s on the south side of Flagler Street across from the library.
