What a pleasure it was to run into this fantastic Mom and Pop business! This perfect little music shop near the corner of Calle ocho (SW 8^th) and SW 12^th Ave. It is the quintessential music store that one complains doesn’t exist anymore. Carlos Arbucios, the owner, has got to be one of the most down to earth, sincere, pleasant man I have ever met. I walked into the establishment just looking to buy a gift for my roommate (3 different sets of guitar strings) and I ended up leaving with 6 lessons for both of us (guitar/​piano)!!! Carlos is an expert guitar teacher, but he also has teachers in brass, wind, piano, etc. at all hours of the day every day of the week. The classes are amazing!!! I have had 3 piano lessons so far, and I sat in on a trumpet and a guitar lesson. In an era where everything feels generic and you are usually stuck in a group of 15+, these people give you a personalized service that doesn’t have comparison. Besides that, the store has everything you need for almost ANY instrument, as well as facilities, a kitchen, customization, you name it! Ademas, Hablan español tambien! If you are looking for anything related to music, whether its classes, sheet music, instruments, equipment, anything, seriously, seriously consider giving these guys a visit, you will not regret it.
