Elite Nannies On Call

I dealt with talia olmos only. She charged us $ 200 and never sent us candidates. After telling me many times that she would refund the deposit, she never did. Now, after reading other reviews it is clear that she is not honest with a number of clients in addition to me. Her responses to online reviews are disturbing if you’ve dealt with her personally. I do not recommend putting your family through any professional process with elite nannies.

Similar to another review, I had a TERRIBLE experience with Elite Nannies. Reaching out to Thalya (the only person who answers the phone, if you are lucky enough to have someone answer your call) was a COMPLETE WAIST of my time. We had an initial conversation where I explained my family’s needs, the urgency of my request, the ideal nanny, etc. Thalya confirmed her total understanding of what I was looking for, she guaranteed me that she would identify amazing candidates within a few days, line up interviews, etc.
After my conversation, I felt confident that my nanny search would be handled professionally and within the time frame laid out. Well, that NEVER happened. Thalya fell off the face of the earth. For 2 weeks I sent her emails and left VMs wanting to know what the status was and wether or not she still wanted my business.
This agency is an utter joke. When you deal with families who have busy lives and true needs it is completely disrespectful and of poor form to say you are going to do something and then truly just disappear.
So, Thalya’s response to the other reviewer that says this person could not have been a client is a bit of a joke because she did it to me and I am sure countless others.
If you want truly professional service, go to Nanny Poppinz. The woman who runs it, Roxana, is great and she doesn’t charge you an upfront fee just to stop answering your calls.
