Workouts are awesome! Trainers are great! Will definitely gets results from this boot camp. A variety of exercises and options for different times to workout. I would recommend empower fitness for working out. Trainers take time and give you individualized attention.

I have Never been one to like doing anything fitness related. But when I decided I wanted to go for it. I went here. And the energy and encouragement that Danny & Austin send each persons way is great! It’s not a gym gym. Theres no machinery. Except a giant Tractor tire. Lol. I have seen results within 1 month. I notice the change in my mindset about what I’m putting in my eating habits. It’s the Biggest life overhaul, other than my kids. I know that the ever changing journey of self will be Sooo much simpler because I have Empower to help strengthen my body and mind. The Name of this lovely establishment rings so very true. These guys are going to seriously Empower you to a better self.
