Check them out! Seriously, don’t go anywhere else. They have the BEST customer service. Stanley was so welcoming, caring and patient. I had an idea of the ring I wanted. He was completely honest with me and helped me stay in budget. I saw a ring that had potential and He told me he could make it exactly how I wanted it. I was so excited but nervous, since I’ve never purchased from them before. Finally I described exactly how I wanted the ring to look. Let’s note that it was a surprise ring for my fiancé (I had no idea of his ring size). Stanley told me to make sure I knew the ring size, since it was a customized ring it will be hard to size it again. In a couple of days I got the ring. It looked amazing! I loved it! Valentine’s Day came I surprised my fiancé, but it didn’t fit! I wanted to cry. Anywho, I went back (embarrassed) to Freddy’s. As I walked in Stanley said my name, I was shocked he remembered my name.(he’s too sweet) I told him I messed up, and he looked at me with the I told you so face. But he was willing to try and fix it. A week later he got it sized! It fit perfect!!! I can’t believe I put them through hell and back. Lol. But they exceeded my expectations. I’m in love with the ring. Most importantly my fiancé loves his ring. Thank you so much for treating me like a person, instead of an ATM machine. I would definitely come and purchase more jewelry from them.

My fiancé and I had an exceptional experience at Freddy’s this past weekend. Specifically, we recommend the incredible SAM! The service we received when looking for my engagement ring was like no other. Even before we were inside the shop, Sam made us laugh when we were looking through the display window and reeled us in. I tried on several rings and after quite some time, Sam never lost his patience until I found «THE ONE!». Prices are affordable, negotiable and unlike anything you would see in retail shops like Zalez or Kay. I am so happy with my new ring, the service we received and what we got for our money. I HAVE A HUGE ROCK! I never dreamed I would walk out of a jewelry store with a ring of such size, quality and value that was in our price range. They even resized it on the spot and I am one happy girl!!! Go see Sam, I highly recommend his service and this shop for all brides to be.

We had the best experience at Freddy’s with Eric. A friend referred us and we are so happy we made Freddy’s our place for our engagement ring. But when I got to Freddy’s, I found exactly what I was looking for. I found a beautiful insert ring just within my budget. Sam was the one that helped me out. This is place is the spot to go for Diamonds. My engagement ring, wedding band, and hubbies wedding band are all from Freddy’s. Stanley is our go to guy, funny, helpful, good with pricing very patient and makes sure you are 100% satisfied before leaving the store, and incase your not, no worries come back and see him. When it comes to purchasing a significant jewelry item, Freddy’s is THE place. No one else has the GIA certified selection as does Freddy’s, and the entire team is AWESOME. We only work with Stanley and the team at Freddy’s when we’re in the market for custom pieces, and they always pull selections for us that are within our parameters of exactly what we’re looking for. The consistently high volume they work with makes it easy to get a fair price on any piece you fall in love with. Stanley is so good at what he does, that I’d even trust him to put something on order for me, sight unseen – they’re the best in the business. Professionalism, integrity and good business practices have helped us build a relationship with Freddy’s that will always ensure our return to their A-​rated shop at the Seybold Building in downtown Miami. I love this store! Not only is everyone there very welcoming and accomodating, their prices really are superb. I had a custom made wedding band made and it came out beautifully. My fiancé and myself were very happy, not just with the price (half of what everyone else quoted us with) but the finished product itself. Ronnie helped us and she is wonderful and very knowledgable. We hope to go back for my fiancé band soon. The only bad side to The Seybold Building (store is located inside, 1^st floor) is parking — don’t let this discourage you. For a $ 5.00 flat fee there is a parking garage just down the street, it’s very convenient.

Not trustworthy. BLUF: I would not buy anything from here. The salesman didn’t remember me and showed me a diamond that he claimed to have just bought yesterday and had not shown anyone. Yet he had showed me that exact same diamond (including serial number) weeks ago. When confronted on this he said that it was a different diamond with the same specifications and he had just bought a new one. Later his manager touted the fact that a diamond with those specifications was exceedingly rare (encouraging me to buy it) and that it wasn’t available anywhere. When I pointed out that they had offered me that exact same diamond with their exact same serial number weeks ago at 3k less of a price, they had no answer. The original salesman just stuttered and stammered as his lies were exposed. Avoid this shop. You have to be careful who you trust with diamond purchases and you can not do good business with dishonest people.

Let me start off saying i rarely post reviews but i was so satisfied with my experience with Sam and Entire Freddys staff on recent purchase of diamond engagement ring.
I shopped at most major jewelry stores (Mayors, JR Dunn, Beverley’s, Richards, and Daouds)…
Although most offered good customer service NOTHING compared to huge diamond and custom ring inventory @ Freddys.
I was able to get my cushion 1.8 carat for similar wholesale price of Blue Nile and great deal on the actual ring setting.
Competitive pricing, no hassle shopping, best customer service and PROMPT service makes Freddys the BEST jeweler i have ever been to.
Shop around and compare– im sure you will agree. Im a lifetime customer now.

Located inside the Seobould (sp?) building in Miami. Great staff, fair prices. This is where my engagement ring and wedding bands were purchased. My husband’s band was $ 50-​$ 100 cheaper than any other jeweler. They didn’t have the band I wanted so they made it! It was ready within a week. I will definitely return for all of my jewelry needs.
