STAY AWAY!!! Unless you have money to give away for work that they don’t do. My husband took his bike there to do minor custom work August of 2015. Today June 10, 2016 my husband picked up the bike due to us relocating to another state. Do the math how long this bike had been there. He dropped off a complete bike and today he picked up half a bike and parts in boxes. WTF!!! Every time he would go or call he always got the run around and a stupid story. I knew they were full of sh*t five months ago when they started giving him the run around. This company is very unprofessional and does not care for there business. I know about custom work but every time he would go and show me pics of his bike I would give him a side eye. I’m a supportive wife but he had way to much patience for this place. He really thought they could do what he wanted. WRONG!!! He bought the parts the bike needed and one time they told him to buy a part that was the wrong part for this bike. If you ask me they gave him the run around and had no idea what to do with his bike. DO NOT let this happen to you. Although, my husbands money was not missed. Friction Zone should NOT take yours for work that they promise to do but don’t. I wish they would of been honest from the get go.

Don’t take your bike to repair there these scumbags will mess with you, your money and your bike!!!
This place its nice to shop has all of stuff… i have take my harley in the passed and all good… now i ve had a really bad experience and very uncomfortable situation… i called in to check on price on carburation on my bike they tell me $ 120 once i am there with tow truck i tell them to check the oil leak coming from the drive belt that they meed to replace the seal so i ask the price they say $ 250 i said ok lets do it then i ask how much oil change they say complete service $ 150 all in i agree…1they say will be done in 2 days… then 1 week after i call and no one give an straight answer of what is done or not so i walk in to the place… and they give me the run around and i ask to see my bike and i find that only carburation was completed although had gas under the carb on the bike :(and the bike wouldn’t start at all… so i notice that they have been messing with the battery and they have broken the borns of the bat… claiming that my 6 month old battery was bad :(and i meed it to replace… at that moment i felt that i didnt wanted had my bike there at all. but they tell me will be finish that day… so i left… at 7 pm that day i get a call from the person saying that the labor will be $ 100 dollar more i say why more? They said the owner told me… Be really careful i took it worse than came in :(

I just moved in South Florida and decided to buy a motorcycle. after searching throughout all Miami Beach area and Hollywood I decided to buy only because the dealers were to expensive. And then appeared this dealer with the best price in all off South Florida. Heedless of the fact it was a bit far from where I was I went to see in person. The shop is huge, they have everything you could need. Great customer services and really professional. I go out with my new amazing motorcycle European Style. Thanks J&J, you made me happy!!!

Not too long ago I went with my bf to check out some bikes and 1^st of all, the sales person was extremely rude, the place smelled, and most importantly the bikes were extremely expensive. We decided to go somewhere else and saw it for less. Shame on them trying to rip people off. Only thing was the outside was painted nicely, looks can be deceiving.
