KEYSWEDDING – THEBAND. Gary Camblin is a real pro. He’s played enough weddings to know exactly what to expect. He’ll patiently listen while you tell him precisely what song you’d like at which precise moment during your wedding celebration, and then on the night of the event, when everything is topsy-turvy and nothing seems to be going as planned, he’ll take it all in stride and make sure everybody hits the dance floor and has a great time. Gary isn’t fancy and he’s no prima dona. He’ll show up, rock the house, and be on his way without a lot of fanfare. He saved the day a little bit when the weather caused a time-delay for us. He had brought plenty of prerecorded music to play during his break, so he was able to give us some songs while we were waiting to get things started. I wished I’d made up the playlist, but really, I’m just glad he’d thought of it and had it ready when we needed it. Gary showed up on time with a truck full of amps and other equipment. The only problem was that he was alone, so the groom and his buddies had to help unload the truck and set up. A little later, the rest of the band showed up. We were really happy we chose a live band over a DJ.
