I highly recommend GP pools for several reasons:
— when you call them they answer immediately or call you back in less than 24 hours
— price wise it was the best deal and for the quality of service my family has received they have exceeded my expectations
— licensed and insured, someone properly trained and if something happens is insured, it’s a must have and great piece of mind.
— Pools are complicated and with all the supplies you have to buy and the time it takes it is just better for us to get a professional to keep all the levels safe for my family to enjoy year around. (PS they have an awesome website with a video on pool cleaning and tips –so you see all the work they do and how complicated it can be, very cool addition to a website)
— I love supporting local Miami family owned small businesses
— #1 reason is Gonzalo, he not only does an amazing job but is honest, timely and incredibly friendly. He asks what you want and delivers. If he sees you he isn’t awkward like most other contractors but will chat with you and see how everything is going. Honestly he feels like family. Wouldn’t dream of having anyone else service our pool.

I’ll start this review by saying I am super picky who I let into my home, and even more picky regarding customer service. G P Pools blew me away! The technician arrived a few minutes early (always a plus) and got to work right away. He was able to remove some stubborn mold and mildew stains I had previously been unable to get out. He also gave me some great tips and tricks for keeping our pool clean. Most importantly, he did everything with a BIG SMILE! I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends in the Miami area, because when you do, you get a free pool cleaning! Awesome work Gonz & GP pools!

I must say this company is very professional. They are always on time and pay attention to every detail. Prices are great and they speak both english and spanish fluently which is really hard or nearly impossible to find in the south Miami area. They even fixed the filter basket in my pool which most companies would have just told me it needed replacement and charge me another fee on top!!!
I really recommend their services and have made them my official pool cleaners!!!
