Fortunately you can purchase hermes accessories outside of this shop (or any other Hermes shop) This location is filled with nasty, unhelpful sales people. I’d like to say this is exclusive to the Miami location, but it’s not. Too rude for a high end company it’s shocking. Spend your $ elsewhere

Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed Allison’s help when I came in looking for a piece that was sold-​out. She called around, found it, and had it sent to my home in NYC. I asked her about a certain bag that I’ve been trying to get my hands on and she took my info and when she located the bag, she gave me a call as she said she would. The wait in Hermes is the same everywhere, so if you are in a hurry, just don’t bother, but if you have a moment or two to look around and chat up Allison, do it, you will not be disappointed.

Long waits without acknowledgment from staff & indifferent service when you finally get someone’s attention. Overall, you’d get better, more attentive and more knowledgeable service at a place like Banana Republic or the like. Plus, a downmarket atmosphere. Not the hushed elegance you expect from Hermes.
