Been getting laser treatments from here for over a year (with groupon and additional treatment packages). Overall great experience. My appointments easy to book and on time. Staff is friendly and very accommodating (Barby is awesome!).

First time getting laser anything!
I purchased a groupon for 6 sessions on a small area. I chose my under arms.
Located on the corner of a small warehouse like complex. The place inside is very small and even though I arrived a few minutes after my appt, they saw me immediately and took me into the room. The woman who was doing the procedure was very insightful on telling me the before and afters and what I should feel.
I was in and out in 15 minutes. Till next time.

The staff at this business have no idea what they are doing. Extremely rude and not accomodating with scheduling appointments. I purchased laser sessions at other med-​spas that allowed me to use my remaining sessions on other areas of my body since I was moving to another state. At IdeaLaser, they were very hostile and never seemed to want to resolve any of my concerns.

I purchased a coupon from Living Social and the deal was too good to be true. Six laser sessions for $ 99. I chose the bikini area which equals a very narrow strip on the left and right sides… if you want more then guess what you have to pay anywhere from $ 75-​$ 85 a session. The environment not the best. It is located in a small office park type setting. Website conveys a more credible environment than I found. Appear to only have one working machine although there are three total rooms w. machines, and I’ve never seen a doctor there. Usually there is only one girl working the front. But I had committed and began the sessions. Initially I thought I was getting results and it was a little uncomfortable like a rubber band snapping. But by the third session I noticed no pain at all and wasn’t seeing improvement. So I’m not sure if the technician was doing the equipment wrong or what. But I definitely did not get my moneys worth. Still love the idea of laser but will invest in a more reputable environment.
