Juventis Medspa

I went to Juventis MedSpa for skin tightening using a process called EMatrix. The procedure was performed by a technician NOT a doctor. The procedure was amazingly painful! It is effectively like setting fire to your skin. The technician allegedly applied a topical anesthetic for a few minutes before beginning the procedure. She repeatedly applied the laser to my skin. Each time I flinched in pain, she said that she would lower the laser. It did not feel like it. I paid $ 650 for someone to burn me! After about 30 mins which felt like 3 days, I had to ask her to please STOP! NO amount of money is worth that pain. I left with the smell of burnt flesh in my nostrils. My skin was so hot that I had to apply ice once I got home. The next day the dark scaling began. The technician said that the scaling was part of the process and should only last about 5 – 6 days. It lasted nearly 2 weeks! I called the technician repeatedly to complain about the scaly skin. After my 3^rd call, she finally returnrd my call. I had to keep my neck covered this entire time otherwise my friends would stare & ask what happened to my skin. By the time, the technician had returned the call, I had already made an appointment with a dermatologist to assist me. The dermatologist was stunned to see my damage & advised me not to repeat ematrix at Juventis.
Be warned that this procedure is extremely painful and at the very minimum should be supervised by a physician! RUN dont walk away from Juventis!

I went in there for the hcg injections. On their website it says first time users $ 199. I told her this and she said that is not possible. I then showed her on their website where it said that. She excused herself to go talk with her coworkers. When she comes back she says they all agree it must be weekly. When I called made the appointment asked about everything over the phone. I asked specifically about the $ 199. They confirmed this over the phone. When I arrived the price was $ 360 for a month they told me the price was $ 199 weekly. That would be close to $ 800 monthly, but then they offered me the $ 360 saying it was a discount. They have no idea what is on their website and now I have wasted my time on their unprofessionalism.

Amazing place. Got vitamin shots and they are so nice and accommodating. They explain everything to you and take the time to explain.

The staff at Juventis is so sweet, caring, and happy! They were so friendly when I walked in the door. They explained the process about the B12 shot I was about to get and gave me the pros and cons of it. I felt very comfortable there. I will totally recommend this place to others!

These people are fantastic, they really help you and care. So nice. I know they offer a variety of services, and I have not used them for everything but Amy took care of me and is a wonderful person, as are all the women that work here.

I originally went to Juventis for HCG after not being able to lose the weight I gained after pregnancy. I expected to walk in and pay some money to get the stuff and go home to hopefully lose weight. I was quite surprised by the lengthy questionnaire I had to fill out for a new patient. When Amy reviewed my information she suggested I had a hormonal imbalance that it should probably be dealt with first otherwise I would lose the weight and most likely just gain it right back. I was actually very relieved to hear that. I had been to my OBGYN and my primary physician both after having my daughter and explained to each that for the last year and a half I didn’t feel quite normal. The OBGYN said its normal to not feel normal after pregnancy, but after a 1 & ½ years I had to start questioning when do I feel normal. My primary doctor prescribed antidepressants which didn’t seem to really work, well now I know it’s because my hormones were still out of whack. That was not addressed by either of them, it wasn’t even mentioned. I feel like Amy took the time to look at the big picture and she is working with me to get everything straightened out not just treating a symptom (the weight) I am so happy and grateful to have found them.

When I was younger I had acne so now I have those dreaded acne scars. As of late I have been very self conscious about it. I had a friend who heard about the derma pen at Juventis. I called them to make an appointment only for a consultation, I wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered before trying anything. Needless to say I was given all the information and was able to start a few days later. The service is also another great feature of Juventis, everyone knows what they are talking about and is very organized.

I went to juventis for a skin treatment, some dark spots that I wanted to reduce. Let me tell you they did a great job. My skin is looking flawless, Dr Reuben really knows what he is doing. At firsts I was kind of scared and didn’t know what to expect but he talked to me and made me feel extremely comfortable. All the staff that works here is super nice. The place is beautiful and you also have parking available which is a huge plus!!. Also, they have pretty good prices and they are very flexible with appointments. I truly recommend this place, you won’t regret your visit here!

I was extremely skeptical towards getting the HCG shots due to the negative comments I’ve heard. But after seeing the results one of my girlfriend is seeing I decided to give it shot. When I made my appointment at juventis, I told the receptionist that I wanted to go ask the nurse a few questions about the shots because I wasn’t completely sure if I was actually going to go through with the program that same day. The receptionist told me it was ok and went ahead and made my appointment. When I was there the staff was very knowledgeable and made sure to answer any possible questions I had. After speaking to one of the nurses for about 40 minutes, I ended up starting the HCG program, and I can’t be happier. The office is willing to remain open a little after their closing time, so I can make it to my first follow up appointment. Honestly, I’ve never had a doctors’ office stay later just to see me. I’m very happy with my experience at juventis and I encourage whoever is considering the HCG program to go to juventis as well.

I have been going to Juventis for over a year, I go for the b12 shots. Every week I get a check up. They always have specials going on and the best prices. The staff members are very sweet and every visit is like hanging with the ladies. I love going there and getting my weekly fix.

Great staff, great place. The office is small but efficient. I’m currently going there for weight loss treatment. So far so good. Will recommend
