KC Nails

I gotta say, this place is a gold mine in the shadows. I’ve gone to this place about 9 times and it is amazing. The staff is funny and happy. I usually go to janet. She’s awesome. The Asian that speaks spanish. lol. She’s great but everyone else is great too. They’re skilled fast and comforting. Must go!

I had been to this place and loved my manicure with Sue. I went back just to have her do my nails again, I loved it that much! So I walked in on a Tuesday evening (around 6:30pm) without an appointment to get a new full set of acrylics done. Sue wasn’t available so I was moved on to another technician (little did I know…) I waited for about 20 minutes when I was finally sat in a chair to begin the process. Didn’t get as much as a «hello» from the nail tech although I was pretty much going out of my way to be nice to HIM. When it came time to cut the acrylic down to a certain length the nail technician sucked his teeth at me as I told him to make them a bit shorter. Wtf? Never have I had such rude and unwelcoming service. Learn how to treat your customers, sad part was I think he was the owner… Very disappointing. My nails came out OK, but the bad unfriendly service will make me never go back there again.

I love this place when it comes to the shape and form they give your nails. Also, they have a large variety of colors and your acrylics will look very pretty. But, i do give it 3 starts bc your acrylics after 2 weeks will start to come off by the top kind of lifting up as if you haven’t gotten refill for a month. This only happens to me when i do my nails at KC. I think it’s because they use cheap product but overall i love how they do my nails it’s just that one flaw that they break easily.

I went with my friend. She got a mani pedi and I got a full set acrylic. My friends mani pedi came out perfect. I came out looking like I had chiclets in my nails. The lady that did my nails must have been related to sonic the hedgehog. She cut my cuticles and barely painted my nails. I wasn’t happy with them so I asked her to reshape them and she got upset because I didn’t say anything earlier. I barely had time to process what they looked like. I asked for them to be thinner and the was no shape then the guy next to her jumped in. To top it off their price for full set does not include «mani» they charged $ 32 for nails I was unhappy with. I have one star not because my nails were hideous but because of the awful customer service and their lack of care. I will never be coming back or recommending this place

Was in Miami on a business trip and this salon was close and looked like it had decent reviews. I was less than impressed. The salon felt dirty, cramped and a mess. The woman who did my nails was a bit rude and had to go over EVERY nail to clean it up because she got polish all over my fingers. The other nail techs were eating at their stations and the TV was so loud I could barely hear the person sitting next to me.
I won’t be going back next time I’m in Miami.

The first half of my experience at KC Nails was perfect; the male nail tech did a good job with my pedicure and I did like that they have the set of gel and regular nail polish in the same colors. Now my issue started when I was getting my acrylic set. I explained to the nail tech that I wanted coffin nails and he said ok without any issues. Well, apparently he doesn’t know what coffin nails are because they look like just short, square nails. I told him before he put the acrylic that I thought the nails were too short and he just laughed saying that they would look different once the acrylic was on. I even showed him a picture of how I wanted them and he told me the nails in the picture were shorter than my nails. Just because you say something doesn’t make it true…

The only bad thing I have to say about this nail salon is that the wait times are long (depending on when you go) but they always do a great job and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

I got a pedicure in this place and woke up with an infection. Had my whole toenail removed yesterday surgically, can’t even walk. My biggest regret was stepping foot here.

Great little hidden gem. The service is great and the facility is clean. KC nails has plenty of color options and Janet is so nice! I highly recommend this place :)

This is a great spa to get a mani and pedi. Love my nail tech, Janet (The Chinese girl). She always knows what u like even without telling. Their colors are recent and more importantly, a very clean place.

Super spot to get my acrylic nails done. I needed a fill-​in during lunch and I was in and out in about 30 min… for 13 bucks! Not to mention it was a good polish job with none of the cheap stuff.

I love this nail salon. Hygiene is extremely important to me and I believe they’re really good about it. I recommend making an appt as this place seems to be really popular in the area and usually has people waiting. I’ve moved away from the area months ago and I still find this place worth my drive for my nail guy! One of my favorite things here is definitely the friendly staff and the massage chairs. They truly deserve these five stars!

This is my favorite nail salon in Miami. Not only are their prices very reasonable but the people who work here are very nice, welcoming and professional. Their establishment is always kept nice and clean and their service is excellent. They always have plenty of people working there and you never have to wait a long time for service. I also like the fact they know what I am going to get done (eyebrows) from the moment I walk in. I love this place and I feel so welcomed everytime I come here and will continue to come here. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great nail salon with great prices and excellent service.

This was an overall fantastic experience. Mani pedi ran $ 31 and pedis were starting at $ 20. We had a group of five and they were able to accommodate us easily and quickly.
Staff was super friendly and great at what they provided. Love the massage chairs and wide selection of colors. This was the perfect pre-​cruise treat for my sisters bachelorette weekend.

Janet is amazing. Highly recommend appointments. Clean friendly staff can get pack on a Saturday. If you have time to come during the week do it more calm
and peaceful. Plenty of parking and on a perfect location

K. C Nails is the only place I’ve been going for almost a year. the staff is friendly, the salon is clean. I personally love doing my nails with Kelly, I always stay satisfy when she does my nails. the only thing i don’t like is that they don’t have airbrush, so if I want to do the french manicure i feel the tip doesn’t stay as nice as it would if it were airbrushed. but aside of that i love everything about it.
