It seems that I have had a similar experience as the person’s review from above me. Well I called and spoke with Chet about getting grout cleaned in my kitchen. I texted him picture of clean and dirty grout so that he could compare and see which color I had for the«color sealant». He said he knew the color and the next day his worker came to do the job. He looked at my grout and said that he could not do the color sealant because my grout was to thin. So I went ahead let the worker clean my tile and grout. He said it would look better after drying. After drying my grout looked exactly the same. My wife called Chet to inquire why that was so… and Chet began to yell at her and put her on hold. His worker called me back and told me that is the best work they can do with their equipment maybe I should use another company!!! l then called Chet back and asked about my dissatisfaction with the services rendered. I said that I would text him the pics of my grout lines and he said he did not need it and now was not a good time to talk cause he was upset. He said that he would return my money but I went ahead and put a stop payment on the check.

Where do I start? The individual who takes the calls, «Chet» seems like a reasonable and polite person at first. However, if you decide to cancel upon hearing the outrageous pricing estimates, beware his wrath. I decided to have the carpets in my home cleaned so I called Miami Kwik Dry after getting their Valpak ad in the mail. My home also has tile floors so I decided to get an estimate to clean the tile, grout and get what they called a «grout color seal». I told«Chet» that our home has about 900 sq ft to which he replied, «no you’re overestimating.» When they arrived, they measured my tiles and like I said, I have 900 sq ft. They gave me an estimate of over $ 1,000 to clean the tiles and the carpets of four rooms. When I declined to have the tiles done, I received a call from«Chet» and he began to yell at me! During his diatribe he said that, «I should have known the prices and now he has to pay his people for a day’s work and to never call him again!» Chet, let me give you a lesson in business 101. First, do not yell at your customers; secondly, an estimate is just that. It is by no means a binding contract. Finally, don’t try to proselytize when customers call you, that was just creepy and weird. I was personally offended when you tried to recruit me into your friend’s weird church/cult. What kind of legitimate businessperson does that? You have no idea how to run a business and the job your crew did on the carpet was mediocre at best. After they left I called to get an estimate for the exact same work from Stanley Steemer and they wanted half the price of Kwik Dry. Stay away from these people at all costs.
