La Picada Cafe

This café is located in the TamAir Plaza right in front of the Tamiami airport. I stumbled upon this café when my office moved to the plaza.
La Picada offers a variety of home cooked meals made straight from the chefs Colombian and Cuban influences. Upon arrival to La Picada you are welcomed by the friendly owner Luis and his chef Nubia. The atmosphere is lite and that of locals taking a break from the crazies of a work day.
Although La Picada is a simple and small local café you will receive an «at home» feeling while getting a quick bite to eat.
La Picada’s café hours aren’t listed, but they are open Monday-​Saturday from 7am to 5pm but i recommend to double check their café hours. Bring cash, they have a $ 5.00 credit card min. purchase.
