Linda is a magician! She is incredible– nails and eyebrows are the best i’ve ever had because of her! Colleen is also incredible for all hair services. Love this place.

I had a wonderful manicure and pedicure done by Linda! She works with great care and attention to detail. She is extremely skilled in all of her services. I very much enjoyed my experience here. I will definitely become a regular client.

Anya did an absolutely amazing job on my makeup and hair. I had a black tie event at the Epic, and I walked out looking like Grace Kelly. I would recommend Anya a thousand times over!

To start i have to say that i’m not a big spa person and don’t like
strangers touching my face, but after listening to what my wife had say after
every visit to LeeLou Salon and Spa i had to try it out.
So now a few months later and i’m ready, i asked for the same person and she happened to be one of the owners, she and her husband run the salon. (like a boss)
I have to say that it was an amazing experience and painless, the reason i mentioned peinless is because my wife did my face ONCE and never again, i still think she was mad or thought i did something bad, because the way she did it was, you know when you try to get the burned egg off the stove, and it doesn’t want to so you go all out.
Long story short, if you want a Good and Professional Facial and a nice Massage, go to LeeLou Salon and Spa, they will take good care of you with exceptional customer service and personal attention.
Now you can have your Wife, Husband, Girlfriend or Boyfriend focus on something else, thats what i’m doing at least.

I’ve been going to Leelou for about a year now and everyone there is always very attentive and friendly. You aren’t treated like a customer, but like a family member. The service is always 5 star. Men, this place is a great deal to get a quick cut or clean up for $ 49/​month, ask for Igor.

I have been getting facials for years, and the ones offered at Leelou Salon and Spa (formerly Julien Farel) by Betsy are the best priced for the best quality in town. I would challenge anyone to find a better deal in any upscale salon in downtown and elsewhere. Because these facials are so economical, I am able to treat myself to one each month which keeps my skin clean and youthful! Betsy is consistently on-​time, thorough, and always gives me individualized attention. There is never any pressure to buy products, and you can’t beat the complimentary espresso and parking! The owner, Gwen, is personable and always there to greet me warmly when I walk in. I always leave feeling happy, relaxed, and valued as a customer. I would highly recommend Leelou Salon and Spa to anyone who desires a luxurious experience without hurting their budget.

Every visit is always a great experience and the end results are amazing. From the welcoming greetings from the front desk staff to sipping hot herbal tea at the end of my facials; every visit is an absolute treat. Betsy is amazing at facials and really knows her stuff. My skin has improved immensely since I started going to Leelou’s (and I’ve got really sensitive and high maintenance skin). Not all skin types are made equal; thus, Betsy ensures that what goes on my skin will work and explains the science behind it. I’ve also done my mani/​pedi and they too looked great. You go once, you’ll become a regular –like me!

Great place! I’ve tried many salons in Miami and have found few that provide such personalized and friendly services. Being that it’s Saturday, I knew it’d be difficult to find a last minute appointment for mani/​pedi and blow dry. After calling a few local salons and getting turned down, I called LeeLou and spoke to Gwen who offered to squeeze one in for me. Luckily there was a cancellation and he was able to get me in even sooner!
I was surprised to find the place a little empty, but I have to say that the service was great. Everyone was so attentive! I loved the friendliness of the salon staff. I highly recommend Nancy for nails and Zana for hair. Gwen is awesome, he’s passionate about his salon and you can tell once you talk to him. I’ll definitely be returning and possibly becoming a regular! (And the best part – it’s right across from whole foods! Yum!)

Excellent men’s cuts. Ask for a «texture» cut on top; it’ll look spikey without gel. The owner, Gwen, and his wife are fantastic hosts that make you feel welcome in their spa/​salon with a beverage while you wait and during your service.

Received my first facial from Betsy today and it was lovely! While I was prepared for it to hurt a bit since I have troubled skin, she was gentle and helped me through it. I already have my next one booked and I will be going back next week for my nails by Nancy, who is also so sweet!

I’ve been living in Brickell for over 6 years and finding a reliable salon for men’s hair can be tough. I’m glad to say I finally have found a salon where they do an excellent job for men’s hair. Everyone was very friendly and courteous and the staff is highly knowledgable in all the latest styles and products. The prices were well in line with salons in the area and the service far exceeded the price. If you’re looking for a salon for a great haircut, I’d absolutely recommend Leelou Salon.

Had a wonderful day at this fabulous salon. Everyone is very pleasant and the atmosphere is relaxed. You’re in a very busy area of Miami, yet it was incredibly relaxing. The energy in this salon flows smoothly and most importantly to me, everyone is very down to earth. My stylist, Zoe, did a phenomenal job. My husband actually said it was his favorite hair color on me ever. The owners are lovely Parisians who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. In fact, the husband was a true gentleman who walked me out with an umbrella as it was pouring cats and dogs outside. I felt relaxed, at ease, cared for while there and left feeling absolutely beautiful when I walked out. So I highly recommend :)

Great spot in downtown for a better mani and pedi than the usual. Friendly and helpful staff, chillin’ music and good choice of white wine. Must call for an appointment, but highly recommended.

I started getting facials at Leelou a few months ago… I go get facials there once every 3 – 4 weeks. I must say my face has improved dramatically! People are giving me compliments. I have a lot of hormonal acne and really tough blackheads, Betsy is a magician and always gives me a fantastic facial every time I go.
She tailors the facial to what your face needs that day, it’s completely customized to your skin. Prices are great, which is shocking because it’s in a very chic location and the staff is so friendly– I always look forward to going.
I also get mani/​pedis here. They have every single color of CND vinylux, The nail polish lasts at least one full week!
Highly recommended, plus it’s just a short walk from Brickell and parking is validated! :)

I moved to Miami and was looking for a great colorist. And I saw this salon and talked to Igor about how I like my highlights, so I trusted him and decided to try. He did the job exactly as I wanted, it was wonderful!

I have found my new nail salon!
After wondering around downtown Miami for a good nail salon for lunch time manis, I finally stumbled into Julen Farel. Only a couple blocks from my office, I kick myself for not coming in here sooner. The salon is beautiful, clean and well organized. The staff is very attentive and sweet. And the manis… FANTASTIC! Nancy and Linda are so helpful and Linda gives THE BEST hand massages and forces you to relax and not think about work while you are sitting at her table. Truly a great experience each time I go!

I came here for a mani/​pedi on Christmas Eve and had a great experience. I chose Julien Farel because of its convenient location downtown. They also offered a Unilocal deal so you can get a mani/​pedi for $ 40, which is great deal for a high caliber salon.
Julien Farel is a hair salon with nail accommodations, so don’t expect your usual nail salon setup. Accordingly, there are no massage chairs though the seating is quite comfy.
The service is exceptional. I was attended promptly upon walking in the door, and showed to my nail station. There I was offered my choice of soda, coffee and water.

I left my old salon on south beach «Paula’s» very low class but my hair stylist was the best. Julien Farel is walking distance from all the hottest buildings downtown and Brickell
Ask for Igor or Julio for colorist and wash and blow dry … Sauna did my up do and curls one night it held better than the stylist at the Bellagio of Las Vegas. Linda is the best for nails & pedicures. She also does lashes, massages, waxing, and facials. The owner is extra accommodating, as you enter the salon they offer water teas wine. I’m a huge tea fan and they have every flavor imaginable. The ambience is the best part aside from the energy. Amiely books the appointments when I call, she is super sweet and accommodating. Will never leave this salon.

Trying to grow out my last bad haircut finally got the best of me. In need of a last minute makeover before a holiday party, I called Saturday to book a haircut for Monday, sort of last minute. The gentleman who answers the phone at the reception is always super friendly, with a charming French accent.
Blindly booking an appointment with a new hairstylist for a whole new look was brave and could have gone really, really wrong, as it has many times before. I still don’t know what possessed me. Thankfully, Jennifer, my stylist got me the exact haircut I had envisioned. Finally, someone who LISTENS. She really took the time paging through all the pinned photos on my smartphone, talking things over, making sure we were both on the same page. I couldn’t have hoped for a better result. My new undercut is awesome and I’ve gotten a ton of compliments over the past few days.
The sole reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the pricing. $ 100 for a cut isn’t totally unreasonable, especially for a great cut, but most salons charge in the $ 70 to $ 90 range. Well, I suppose $ 30 more is the price I shall pay for the hair I want.
