Mostly friendly staff, organized store, usually theres a sale every few months. This place is great. I found the best pairs of denim and casual shorts here, plus they were on sale! Then a few weeks later I got a few pairs of jeans on sale. Their curvy fit is awesome!
The store is seasonal so pop in every so often to see what is on sale.

The store has get selects to offer. The staff is really good with helping you find an outfit and give you one-​on-​one help finding something to wear. This store isn’t as packed as it used to be because they recently – a couple of years now – opened up one at The Falls. So if you’re closer to the Falls you don’t have to drive to the one in Kendall. But I prefer to come to this one compared to the Falls – more one-​on-​one and helpful staff. Plus, they tend to have more sizes than at the Falls.

I was never a fan of this store. I always thought that it was an old lady store since, my mom always shopped there. But, as life is i ended up working at the loft for about 3 months and as an employee one has to dress in Ann Taylor loft clothes or similar style as Ann Taylor clothes therefore as time went by i ended up starting to like the loft and now tend to go and buy a shirt or pair of sandals. Ann Taylor Loft specializes in apparel, footwear, and accessories for women. You can find jeans, khakis, dress pants, dresses, jackets, blouses, sweaters, suits, and more. the loft i believe is a store for young working women that want to dress professional but, still with some style. this store is also great since, they always have big sales at times up to 60% off and they always send you coupons by email and by mail.
