I visited this practice for a General Practitioner. Their telephone service is very efficient. I was able to get an appointment 3 weeks out for a full physical. I was called into the exam room at my scheduled appointment time, so there wasn’t a wait in the waiting room.
The initial nurse was professional and courteous. The wait time in the exam room was approximately 35 minutes to see the doctor. I was assigned Dr. Humberto Jimenez who greeted me when he arrived. He performed a full exam all of which I would have expected. But, the most surprising part of the exam is that he asks questions about your overall health and he will listen and answer any and all questions that you have.
This aspect of bed side service is very rare. I was extremely satisfied that I was attended to and had my questions and concerns addressed. The 2^nd nurse that arrived was very compassionate because she was talking to me during the procedure to take my mind away.
I found the office staff to be helpful because I asked for a copy of my exam record and it was immediately printed for me.
I would highly recommend Dr. Jimenez because you will have a total and well managed health care program at this facility from annual visits to regular maintenance.
