Love getting my nails done here! This is my to go place when I need to relax! Thank you ladies for being all great

I came in here last week before heading out on vacation as I’ve been wanting to try them out for a while. I’ve NEVER had such a relaxing pedicure as I did here with Gloria. Usually I’m on edge and in some kind of pain. I expected the same here, but thankfully that wasn’t the case. I actually almost fell asleep. Que rico. They prop your feet up, give you a pillow, a blanket, and water or tea (your choice).
It’s not that much pricier than I’m used to (just $ 5 more). Not sure why people are complaining. you’re in Midtown, a trendy neighborhood where you typically pay ridiculous prices for food and alcohol. Don’t they charge more on South Beach?

The service is exceptional (which is saying a lot for Miami!)and it is very clean and a great experience!

From the moment you step into the spa, you know you are in place where you can relax. I went there and loved Gina!!! I’ve tried many nail
Tecs but this is definately «the one». She takes her time, is extremely detailed. Thank you Marilyn Monroe Spa for providing such a wonderful experience!

I like the decoration of the salon. Overall, I think the employees need more training in nail services. I am very picky with my nails when it comes to painting the whole nail and not leaving blank spots. Staff is friendly though. However, in terms of nail services I think they need more training. I am not completely satisfied, because my nails where not painted completely. There were corners in my nails without paint.

Had a lovely experience getting an express manicure with nail technician Stacy. Initially I was concerned that this appt would be bad because of negative comments on Unilocal.But was pleased that it turned out well.
I was a few minutes early for my appointment but was greeted and helped quickly. I received personal attention and advice on the «in» colors for summer. They did seem to be a bit short staffed because there were 2 nail techs and 3 customers. Other than that the service was great for $ 20. If you are in Midtown Miami, I would recommend checking them out.

Awesome experience! Felt totally and complete pampered … Can’t wait to go back again and the young lady that did my mani and pedi was a sweet heart! Pricing is a little higher than the usual but you truly do feel like a princess when your there highly recommend them and they also have gel polish wish is my go to nail polish!

My first time at Marilyn Monroe Nail Lounge.
I set my appointment online. It was for 11a. I arrived and was greeted promptly. I was escorted to the pedi station. (I came for a signature pedi). I was offered water, tea, a phone charger, a blanket, and a magazine. Great customer service. I was informed by the the staff that the nail tech was running late. Things happen. My nail tech arrived and she got to work. She was gentle. Listened to my requests, etc. Didn’t talk to me much but I just chalked it to her having a bad morning.
Overall I will give the pedi a 7.7. The massage, scrub, and etc was amazing. But the polish work wasn’t what I expected. It wasn’t the best but it looked good. Please keep in mind that I’m anal about pedicures. I will give them one more visit and decide if I’ll be a returning customer.
They have a $ 99 unlimited package that I want to take advantage of. For $ 99 a month, you can have as many services as you will like per month. Not bad considering a signature pedi is $ 40.

The ambiance in here is very nice. I went on my lunch break for a gel mani $ 35 and was out in an hour. Very happy with the job the manicurist did. My nails look perfect. Ill be back for sure!

The girls at the salon were very sweet, but the manicure was not impressive, I’ll post a picture. Cuticles looks bad, nails weren’t filed well. It took over an hour for just a regular manicure and I really didn’t have time to fix it. Not sure if I’d return for such a poor job.

This place is everything a nail salon SHOULD be. Quiet, tranquil, sanitary, and inviting. My nail techs were Diana and Jenny. Both sweet and thorough with my nails. We chatted a bit but also just relaxed. My nails turned out perfect and i cant wait to head back.

Went on to get a mani/​pedi after a really long time. Super friendly staff and immaculate salon. Cool vibe and tunes to boot. My mani/​pedi is chip free 4 days old after cleaning and taking care of an active 18 month old. I’m sure it will last at least 2 more days before a noticeable chip and that’s a lot when your hands are in and out of water! Getting to keep your used files and buffers is a sanitary bonus for touching up snags midweek. Totally recommend!

I went there back in January so this is a little bit of a delayed review. I was gifted a mani/​pedi by my best friend and booking the appointment was rather simple. They called to confirm the night before and everything. The service was excellent and Cristina and all the staff was very sweet and attentive! I really appreciated the blanket and pillow provided. It was really nice because I was wearing shorts and I was even offered a second blanket.
I rested very comfortably and even dozed off a tad while she worked on my pedicure. I was pleased walking out and the place was nice with the complimentary tea and water provided. It was very clean even despite them having certain things being switched as per their shipment.
My only real concern was that my mani did not last very long at all. A couple of the nails chipped the very next day. In fact, one chipped the same night. I think it had to do more with the quality of the polish than anything else. So overall, the service and experience was great. Only thing I would change would have been the polish. I can understand that it’s their own brand, but needless to say, I’m glad I didn’t buy it at the end.

Highly recommend it! The service is not like your typical nail place. The staff is friendly and make you feel welcome and very comfortable. Diana helped me and did a great job with my manicure. Will definitely be back again :)

I came here after all the other places were booked.
I’m telling you I thought it would be wayyyy more expensive.

I had gone to Themla.
A straight shooter New Yorker that knows her stuff!
She gave me a hell of a manicure.
She Is educated on the products and offered but didn’t try to oversell me which I respected and appreciated.
Sometime you go to these spa places and they try to force a bunch of crap down your throat! Lol.
All their products are organic and honestly each time I go I fall asleep and wake up feeling refreshed.
This place belongs in the W.
I like it more then bliss.
I highly recommend to you guys…

This place is amazing! I can not believe it doesn’t have 5 stars. I walked in of the street I was greeted right away by the manager who was so nice. I asked the price for a gel Manicure /​regular pedicure 60 $ that is 10 $ more then I pay and this place was much nicer a true spa experience. Not over priced for everything you get. They had tea and water available. They even offered a phone charger! I was shopping so i had bags they had a personal closet to store them in. it was very luxurious. it was calming salon, i had 2 wonderful nail technicians they were both super sweet it was such soothing and happy experience. The setting can not be beat you can see in the pictures well let, comfortable amazing, you do not get up at all they bring everything to you. Think royal treatment.
The products used are all organic cruelty free, they triple sanitize every instrument before use. and files are sent home with you! Such a nice touch.
First the manicure, my nails were trashed cuticles torn, nails chipping. a total disaster. The gave me 2 techs, one tech worked on my fingers cleaning up the mess, I asked them to only file (my nail’s are to short to clip) which they did they shaped them and the cuticles look beautiful days later. My guy keeps saying wow they look so good. This could be because they did a fantastic job or because he loved the red color. You can see for yourself in the pictures.
My pedicure was equally as good and my toes are weird. I have a tendency to get hang nails so cleaning them up is painful challenge. My tech was so genital I barely noticed what she as doing to my feet. She filed my heels forever and kept checking to make sure they were smooth, which now they are this is my pet peeve I want my heels to be baby butt soft when I leave a pedi. She made sure they were!
Both technicians painted my nails beautifully.
This will be my new go to nail salon for 10 extra dollars the quality and the experience was more then worth it.

Two thumbs down. The salon is very pretty and the girls are very nice and polite but the quality of the nail care left much to be desired. She didn’t cut my nails properly, didn’t clean the cuticles, and my polish was not smooth. My husband’s pedicure was a total disaster. They didn’t clean his nails and barely cut them! Three days later I had to cut his nails myself. We spend over $ 150 in an afternoon and left very disappointed. The nail care needs to catch up with the pretty chairs and decorations.

Awful… I wish there were negative stars… I read so many great things that I was excited to find a great nail salon near my home. When I first arrived everything seemed concurrent with the reviews. But as soon as we got to the manicure things went to hell.
I have no words just look at the picture. When I asked her to clean around the edges she told me not to worry that It would come off on its own.

Not impressed yes the place is very clean. I do not see this place staying in business $ 20 for a manicure, $ 16 for a polish change on your hands is insane. Even nailbar lowered their prices for polish changes to $ 12. This is Midtown ! This caters to a younger crowd, and the locals would like a place a bit more affordable. They get an extra star because the place is extremely clean, and everything is disposable. The manager is not really friendly has a bit on an attitude, and a raspy cigarette annoying voice. I thought they would cater more to the residents, and locals of Midtown. I have walked by a few times and they look dead. I will stick to going to Harmony Nails even if I have to get in my car and drive. Why can’t an affordable manicure/​pedicure place come to midtown. I do not think anyone should charge over $ 15 for a basic manicure anywhere !
