I am very pleased with this ME location. My first visit, to be honest, left me with little desire to return and I was not at all relaxed or happy with my massage therapist. I didn’t feel she was experienced, but I understand that everyone has a beginning to where they need to develop their own style and experience. That said, I went ahead and purchased a package and requested a therapist with more experience for my next session. I have been seeing David ever since. He is really great with problem areas and gives truly relaxing massages. He is very experienced and not one session has been the same, or routine, which is important. I’ll continue with this location and my LMT. One thing to understand is that, with these types of centers, they offer packages and it’s their job to offer/sell them. Granted, no means no, but it’s a part of the checkout with guests and should be done with professionalism (which is all I’ve ever been extended).

Entire staff was beyond helpful and polite and the gentleman who did my massage Charles was amazing !
Going back home in a couple weeks ! Definitely would recommend!

Stay away from this place if you are looking to have a relaxing experience. Everything was great until after the massage I had the pleasure (sarcasm) of speaking with their front desk. If you are ready to get sold to, and have to say no about 10 times than this or a car dealership might be the right place for you. I had told the girl that was working the desk that no, I did not want to buy a membership for my fiancé since she only comes when I gift it to her and she’s not interested, then when my fiancé shows up she then proceeds to sell to her as well after I just said no. This is mind blowing, it ruined an experience that could have been really wonderful and you have now lost a member. There are plenty of massage paces in town, go somewhere else.

I feel wonderful, so relaxed! The staff was extremely sweet and friendly. I was
shown around the very relaxing facility. The ambience was soothing! Dim lights, relaxing massage music, and a soothing scent. My massage therapist gave me some recommendations and then we began. She was very accommodating and she definitely made me feel comfortable. Massaging and stretching for 1 ½ hours is nearly not enough. I did not wanted to be over. When I was done the ladies from the front met me in the waiting room (relaxing) and went over the membership with me. One massage once a month is perfect for me. If I wanted another one in between the months, no problem. The price is just right with the membership.
I’m looking forward to «me» time.
